I looked at a few agents in the local area including ones suggested by Get agent, Winkworth were the only ones who I thought were on the same page as me.
No hard sell but worked with me to create a plan to be in a position to accept an offer within a week of going to market.
Very professional sales team. Too early to say how their progression team are until the sale is complete.

I had a really good experience renting the property. Robert, Jennifer and Linda were all friendly, helpful and easy to deal with throughout the process. Everything went smoothly, and they were always happy to help whenever I had any questions. Thanks to the whole team for making the renting process so easy and stress-free. We had a great experience with Kirstie, Georgie and Evie at Winkworth’s when selling our house. I called them for the valuation and the agent wasn't interested in seeing my flat at all. Didn't expect that. I think they are not focus on flats.

Rachel Ingleby was our guardian angel throughout a process that was not the most straightforward (if it ever is!). She helped us get out of sticky situations and was always there to make that phone call or send that email when it mattered. Excellent service by Winkworth-i'd recommend without any hesitation!

We have been very pleased with the service provided by Kyla, Vicky, Angus and Luke in selling the rental property in Salisbury we had owned for over 14 years. All aspects of the process were clearly explained, and we were kept fully informed along the way. Even when the outcome was delayed due to the existing tenants not easily being able to find an alternative home, support and reassurance from the team at Winkworth guided us through to successful completion. Gareth provided outstanding support during the sale of my late mother's property. His efficient approach and excellent communication skills were a huge help and it made a very difficult situation much easier to cope with. His intervention at key point of the sale was invaluable in order to keep the process on track. Although I had limited communication with his team they were also very helpful and responsive.
