I looked at a few agents in the local area including ones suggested by Get agent, Winkworth were the only ones who I thought were on the same page as me.
No hard sell but worked with me to create a plan to be in a position to accept an offer within a week of going to market.
Very professional sales team. Too early to say how their progression team are until the sale is complete.

We turned to Winkworth after a bad experience with another estate agent. I had a really good experience renting the property. Robert, Jennifer and Linda were all friendly, helpful and easy to deal with throughout the process. Everything went smoothly, and they were always happy to help whenever I had any questions. Thanks to the whole team for making the renting process so easy and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend them!

We had a great experience with Kirstie, Georgie and Evie at Winkworth’s when selling our house. The whole team were professional, polite, friendly and extremely helpful throughout the process.<br><br>Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we were always kept informed of progress. They were easy to deal with, approachable and happy to answer any questions we had, which made the whole experience much less stressful.<br><br>We really appreciated all their hard work, support and efficiency in helping us sell our home. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve never had to deal with a property manager as incompetent as Jack Newman from the Battersea branch.
Don’t be lured in by relatively cheap prices. Many of the properties (incl the one I stayed in) are in terrible conditions that you won’t see at first sight. For example, I found out that they knew about water leaks before I moved in, lots of noise from the neighbor above and mice in the flat - they knew about all of this, but never told us. I’d avoid them, there properties and especially Jack at all costs.

We had a very positive experience with Winkworth Hackney and truly appreciated the professionalism, care and support of the whole team.<br><br>A special thank you to Matthew Ige for his kindness, friendliness and genuine commitment to helping us find the right home for our family. Moving house can be an important and sometimes complex process, and his support helped make everything much easier and more organised for us.<br><br>We would also like to thank Aysha and Haydar for their excellent support during the pre-tenancy and contracting stages. They were always helpful, responsive and professional.<br><br>We felt very well looked after throughout the process and would happily recommend Winkworth Hackney.
