I looked at a few agents in the local area including ones suggested by Get agent, Winkworth were the only ones who I thought were on the same page as me.
No hard sell but worked with me to create a plan to be in a position to accept an offer within a week of going to market.
Very professional sales team. Too early to say how their progression team are until the sale is complete.

I had a really good experience renting the property. Robert, Jennifer and Linda were all friendly, helpful and easy to deal with throughout the process. Everything went smoothly, and they were always happy to help whenever I had any questions. Thanks to the whole team for making the renting process so easy and stress-free. We had a great experience with Kirstie, Georgie and Evie at Winkworth’s when selling our house. The whole team were professional, polite, friendly and extremely helpful throughout the process.<br><br>Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we were always kept informed of progress. I can’t recommend Tyler Millard and the team at Winkworth Streatham highly enough.<br><br>My flat went on the market in July 2025, and what became a much longer and more complicated selling journey than expected was made far easier by Tyler. I had three separate buyers, with onward-chain complications causing delays and lost sales, but throughout it all Tyler was absolutely brilliant.<br><br>His communication was consistently excellent. He kept me informed at every stage, was conscientious and punctual, and worked proactively to find new buyers whenever things didn’t go to plan. This was especially valuable when I found properties I wanted to offer on myself, as Tyler and the team worked hard to keep everything moving.<br><br>What really sets Tyler apart is his approach. He’s personable, enthusiastic, easy to talk to and has gumption. He understood my property, the buyers it would appeal to and what I was looking for in my onward purchase. Unlike other agents who just want a quick sale in an impersonal relationship this Winkworth franchise take care to build a connection and work hard for the seller. Alex was very professional and considerate from the very first meeting through to completion and afterwards. He and his team kept us up to date and informed with viewings, prospective buyers and offers.
