Thank you To all staff at Winkworth that made our move happen, especially Shaun and Kirstie. Very knowledgeable and honest to all involved parties.<br>We originally advertised our property with Purplebricks but i soon realised it was a mistake. Once moved to Winkworth our deal went through very quickly and at the right price.<br>Definitely recommended.

Excellent team, responsive and helpful. Our property was valued and went on the market just as there was a shock to the housing market with a lot of mortgages withdrawn. Good communication, explanation and tactics were helpful. We eventually had to come down in price but still achieved a good sale price. The property is currently empty but viewings were undertaken without any problem.

Alex was very professional and considerate from the very first meeting through to completion and afterwards. He and his team kept us up to date and informed with viewings, prospective buyers and offers. They were instrumental in securing us a sale price very close to our top asking price and helped guide the nervous first time buyers through to completion.
