I looked at a few agents in the local area including ones suggested by Get agent, Winkworth were the only ones who I thought were on the same page as me.
No hard sell but worked with me to create a plan to be in a position to accept an offer within a week of going to market.
Very professional sales team. Too early to say how their progression team are until the sale is complete.

I had a really good experience renting the property. Robert, Jennifer and Linda were all friendly, helpful and easy to deal with throughout the process. Everything went smoothly, and they were always happy to help whenever I had any questions. Thanks to the whole team for making the renting process so easy and stress-free. We had a great experience with Kirstie, Georgie and Evie at Winkworth’s when selling our house. Selling a two bedroom flat in Greenwich is a daunting task. After 3 months of occasional viewings we dropped the price and engaged a second agent. Both operated on a no sale no cost basis and there was no second agent supplement.
Once they found a buyer, they were on our case with excellent communication.

Brian was the agent for the seller of a flat we bought. He was of course motivated to act in the best interests of the seller, but he was professional, polite, detail oriented and diligent in dealing with our questions and concerns in a timely manner. He’s a good communicator. Our solicitor was not. He was able to reassure, educate and guide us through the unfamiliar process. He was always helpful and diplomatic which we much appreciated in the high stress of buying a home.

5 stars for Alex Marle and the lettings team at Winkworth. We unexpectedly found ourselves with nowhere to live, after completing the sale on our property and hitting a delay on the new-build we're buying. Alex pulled out all the stops to arrange a fabulous rental apartment for us and completed all the move-in admin in just 2 days. He even sent emails to us in the evenings after office hours to ensure we moved in on time. He provided an efficient, fast, professional service and we would highly recommend Alex and the Westbourne lettings team. I can't thank Alex enough for all his help, we're so grateful.
