I looked at a few agents in the local area including ones suggested by Get agent, Winkworth were the only ones who I thought were on the same page as me.
No hard sell but worked with me to create a plan to be in a position to accept an offer within a week of going to market.
Very professional sales team. Too early to say how their progression team are until the sale is complete.

I had a really good experience renting the property. Robert, Jennifer and Linda were all friendly, helpful and easy to deal with throughout the process. Everything went smoothly, and they were always happy to help whenever I had any questions. Thanks to the whole team for making the renting process so easy and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend them!

We had a great experience with Kirstie, Georgie and Evie at Winkworth’s when selling our house. The whole team were professional, polite, friendly and extremely helpful throughout the process.<br><br>Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we were always kept informed of progress. Winkworth’s Surrey quays where very professional kept in touch on progress on what people liked and didn’t like .yes can’t knock them plus got a good rate every other estate wanted 2.percent Winkworth 1.4 percent..

Do Not Try To Buy Any house With These Agents, we were purchasing a house in Weybridge through them (Holly cottage,Oatlands , after accepting our offer and agreeing the sale , our solicitor was processing everything , when without any notification to ours selves , They went ahead and put the property back on the market at 25,000 £ higher and then lied to us , that we had not even offered on it?!? Pure greed & dishonesty and I have never seen such an unprofessional agency do not use them !
