The current housing market is in a tricky situation with the on-going Middle-East war and with uncertain economic future, resulting in becoming a Buyers' housing market. Under the circumstance it was difficult to value or to determining reasonable or realistic Asking price. After some trial and error, the correct asking price, though below the current market price, was established. Having bought the house some twenty-five years earlier, it wasn't all that difficult for the reduction of asking price. Throughout the process, Winkworth communication and advising efforts were efficiently performed. Perhaps, the Selling Estate Agents are also in the re-learning process of the current market situation. It is likely that any sellers who have bought recently, say within five-six years earlier would have difficulties in recovering the original cost price!

Winkworth’s Surrey quays where very professional kept in touch on progress on what people liked and didn’t like .yes can’t knock them plus got a good rate every other estate wanted 2.percent Winkworth 1.4 percent..

All communication was very good. Good service from everyone I dealt with. Valuations was an over selling price , but was similar to another agent, so not unrealistic. Perhaps the market was lower than expected.

Do Not Try To Buy Any house With These Agents, we were purchasing a house in Weybridge through them (Holly cottage,Oatlands , after accepting our offer and agreeing the sale , our solicitor was processing everything , when without any notification to ours selves , They went ahead and put the property back on the market at 25,000 £ higher and then lied to us , that we had not even offered on it?!? Pure greed & dishonesty and I have never seen such an unprofessional agency do not use them !
