Until very very recently. I would have stood by the truth that I don’t like estate agents, that they are a necessary evil.
But. Hand on heart. Nick @ Winkworth N16 has converted me. He never once dropped the ball, always first with a wise, helpful, useful suggestion. Nick (and his team no doubt) made a very stressful process feel supported. Honestly, I really like the guy. Which now means, that there is, in this world, an estate agent that i really like.

Winkworths and particularly Nick have been amazing through out. Very professional and polite. Nick has been so ‘on it’ in chasing all sides to keep the sale of my property moving. His communication is second to none and his regular updates and queries were always much appreciated.
I would highly recommend Winkworths Stoke Newington if you want your home to sell smoothly and feel genuinely supported through this stressful process :) - many thanks Nick and the rest of the Winkworths team!

After switching letting agencies, Winkworth Beckenham—particularly Ema in the office—has been managing my property, and I’ve been extremely impressed with her professionalism. She handled a major leak swiftly and efficiently, ensuring it was treated as an emergency and resolved without delay.

We sold our property with great help from staff @ Winkworths Kingsbury , I liased with Lauren,Shilpa,&Kevin each one of them kept me up to date @all times, they were very professional nothing was too much trouble for them & they went that extra mile , also worked very closely with our solicitor whom was also excellent Manisha Gadhia @ Mills Chody ! I was delighted @ how quick hey found us a buyer .I would recommend them to anybody as we were very pleased & grateful! Thanks Breeda

Do Not Try To Buy Any house With These Agents, we were purchasing a house in Weybridge through them (Holly cottage,Oatlands , after accepting our offer and agreeing the sale , our solicitor was processing everything , when without any notification to ours selves , They went ahead and put the property back on the market at 25,000 £ higher and then lied to us , that we had not even offered on it?!? Pure greed & dishonesty and I have never seen such an unprofessional agency do not use them !

I have been using the services of the Harrow Winkworth Agency for almost 4 years as a tenant and I am very grateful for their assistance, Vikesh the Property Manager in particular. He is kind, professional and a client-oriented manager. He shows his sincere interest in the tenants needs and safety. Perfect Manager.
