They were not very proactive,, also sent sellers who were not very interested in the property in the first place. Just didn’t think they had my best interest at heart.
Seemed to really sell their ‘selling points’ to me prior to marketing but then not do any more.

Over the last eighteen months, I’ve had to sell three properties and chose to list all three with Your Move Ramsgate, jointly with Miles & Barr.
While Miles & Barr were pleasant and personable with me… and I’m sure used their best efforts to find buyers, it turned out that all three were eventually sold (to completion) by Your Move, Ramsgate.
All along, they achieved about three times more viewings than M&B.
When first listing them, Joe was very knowledgeable of the market, then Terry was efficiently on top of the selling and sales-progression of all three.
The last sale dragged a little because of a conveyance delay the next link down the chain, but then Callum, at Ramsgate (who was dealing with that link), put the right pressure onto the conveyancer, to get it finally tied up.
All of my communications with the whole branch, even team members unrelated to the sale, were efficient and instilled confidence.
I’d definitely recommend Your Move to anyone thinking of selling in Ramsgate.

They offered advice on valuation that matched our expectations, they put it on the market at the value we wanted. We had viewings constantly whilst it was on the market.
They advised us to keep taking viewings after offer accepted until we were sale agreed. This resulted in a higher bid, so it was worth it.
Only negative was the amount of Photoshop used in photos.

We have just recently sold our home, from start to finish the completion took just 13 weeks.
We used Your Move Wellington, reason for choosing Your Move (over the other 2 Estate Agents) was due to the excellent communication from the start and the full package of support offered with experience and support by both Estate Agents and Solictors.
Tim visited and was very professional, you can tell how much time was shown to explore the address and other areas of properties being sold and from that first meeting we wished to have Your Move being the chosen agents to sell our property.
From a Whatsapp group to then having outstanding service from Georgia, Georgia is a star and made the full process a great experience for us.
From emails to phone calls with updates made our time with Your Move a great one.
All questions answered and shared all key information back for us from 1st communication to then final one for when the keys handed over to the new owners.
