25th Nov 2019 (4 years ago)I first met Gareth of the Marshalswick Bradford and Howley branch when I was looking for somewhere to buy. He went out of his way to give me hints and tips about selling my place and buying - even though I was with another agent. The agent I was with made lots of errors and after the contracted time was over, I made the decision to sell with Bradford and Howley and 2 other agents. The other agents, despite all they promised, weren't able to bring many people round to view and I soon made the decision to go sole agent with Bradford and Howley. Unfortunately the market was very slow and after so much time on the market, the house was not easy to sell. The team at Marshalswick stuck with it though and kept up momentum keeping bringing prospective buyers round, despite me feeling quite down hearted. When we finally achieved a sale, the team in St Albans took over and the sale was finalised. Both Marshalswick and St Albans were friendly and approachable and didn't ever mind me asking questions, giving me reassurance etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or in using them again.

A first class service from start to finish. Always contactable with regular communication throughout the sale very competitive rates. I used their suggested conveyance service (by Premier Property Lawyers) which was also very efficient and professional.

17th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)Positives: We used LS to sell our house as part of a chain. The selling, marketing, promotion and viewing parts were excellent. We also had our original buyer pull out quite late in the process and LS quickly organised new viewings so we could remain as part of the original chain with new buyers. We also found all of the last minute negotiations good. Negatives: in between the initial viewings and exchange/ completion at the end, we didn't always feel very informed or kept up to date with progress. 13th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

24th Apr 2024 (26 days ago)Worst experience ever But ever ever Seriously I don't understand and i can't believe how they still in the market with they type of attitude and with zero professionalism Not helpful at all in all manners They think the clients needs them , Instead their need clients, and they think they are the bosses I'd prefer to stay homeless instead choosing them The manager called Gary was selective and unhelpful at all for everything He looks like the person who smiles in front of your face, butttt ........

25th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Contacted this estate agents about a property for rent. I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
