Unfortunately following Ken’s death it was clear my sister was unable yo look after herself, thus she was moved to a care home and the property marketed. Owing to their ages the property was not maintained to original standards which created difficulties for some potential buyers. During this period the staff at Auckland Estates, particularly Grace and Paul, worked tirelessly in achieving a sale at an acceptable price, while acting fairly with both myself and the ultimate buyer. As such I am happy to recommend the service provided as professional, friendly and supportive.

A special mention to Gary Young, the manager, who was extremely helpful, supportive and professional throughout. They went above and beyond to help make a challenging process as smooth as possible, and I’m very grateful for all their help. Thank you to the whole team!

They have and continue to make every effort to meet the needs of tenants. I have found them to be a rare agents that are willing to go above and beyond, with ease.

14th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)We purchased a new home in Brookmans Park through this estate agency in 2024. Although they have a very good selection of properties, we were unfortunately disappointed with the service we received during the buying process.<br><br>After viewing the property, we informed the agency that we wanted to proceed with the purchase. However, we experienced significant communication problems during the mortgage process. In both telephone conversations and email correspondence, we did not receive the courtesy, attention or support we expected. This left us feeling that completing the sale and earning the commission mattered more than customer satisfaction.<br><br>Once the legal process was complete, the key handover also felt rushed. A member of staff from the office met us outside the property in the morning, handed over the keys and quickly left.<br><br>Overall, despite their good property portfolio, their communication and customer service fell short of our expectations. For such an important purchase, we would have expected a more considerate and supportive approach.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

"oh, we had one viewer at the weekend, think he's going to make an offer, don't think you'll be able to view it - we'll let you know". They really said this! I'm glad I'm not the Vendor.
10th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)We had a very positive experience with Wrights Estate Agents throughout the purchase of our property in Hatfield.<br><br>From the initial offer and acceptance through to exchange and completion, the process was handled professionally and efficiently. The team were friendly, approachable, reliable and easy to communicate with, and they were always accessible whenever we needed assistance or clarification.<br><br>A special thank you to James and Greg, our sales consultant, who was extremely helpful, professional and supportive throughout the process. Communication and follow-up made the transaction much easier and gave us confidence that things were progressing as they should.<br><br>We particularly appreciated the team's regular follow-ups and proactive communication. They were always willing to help and kept the process moving, which made what can otherwise be a stressful property transaction considerably more manageable.<br><br>The only minor area where I felt there could have been an improvement was at the point of completion. Although we were provided with the keys, it would have been even better if a member of the team had accompanied us to the property and walked us through the house. That said, this is a relatively small point and does not take away from the excellent service we received overall.<br><br>Wrights Estate Agents are a professional, reliable and approachable team, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Hatfield.<br><br>Thank you once again to James and the entire Wrights Estate Agents team for your help and support throughout our purchase.

Elia was incredibly helpful throughout the process and was always patient with me despite the many questions I had (as I wanted to make sure everything was handled correctly).<br><br>Elia was always available when I contacted her, consistently polite, reassuring and supportive throughout the journey. Always available when you needed them and on top of things with the right follow ups. I would work with them when I need to sell or buy a property.

Their marketing and advertising was slick, their arrangements for viewings, feedback, local property activity knowledge and pricing guidance was professional, honest and always delivered regularly, with consideration of their seller's wellbeing, during a normally stressful process. Once a buyer was secured, updates were timely and proactive. I cannot endorse Connells as a whole brand, but from my personal experience with Sam, Carmen and the rest of the team at Marshallswick, I'd 100% recommend them to sell your property...
