The property was continuously let throughout that time; Savills always found excellent tenants and provided first-class support, including when a complete kitchen refurbishment was undertaken. 22nd Jul 2026 (12 days ago)The service I have received from Putterills has been outstanding, from the initial valuation through to the sale of my property. Adam and the staff have been so helpful and professional helping me throughout the process which I was dreading. They arranged viewings one Saturday and only 3 days later had a firm offer which I accepted and within 3 months contracts have been exchanged. Not only have the staff there dealt with selling my property but also helped me with correspondence from my solicitor and printing e.mails and forms which I am unable to do myself. I am so pleased with Putterills and would highly recommend them.
20th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)Used Ashtons as was a prospective buyer of a property they marketed. Not so many issues with the office but the sales progression team were always quite slow to respond and could never get through to the assigned person to my case. Additionally used ashtons to sell my property and I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience. The problems began immediately. The agency provided an initial valuation to secure our business in July, only to suggest a £25,000 price reduction after just one week, admitting there was no interest. Despite agreeing to the reduction, it did not correlate to an increase in activity which would lead to questions around marketing and resource as Ashtons list a lot of properties. By September, they had only managed to secure two viewings. We received absolutely no feedback from either of these viewings, despite requesting it, leaving us completely in the dark. Lastly thier fees are quite opaque and if youre new to selling read through everything very carefully. In the non flex fees there are baked in withdrawal fees that ensure ashtons get paid regardless if they sell or not. Which gives them little incentive to really push your property in my opinion. The alternative is you pay money up front to them to sell your property which is preposterous. Fundamentally all the agents use rightmove to market your property and that's where most people go to find houses. In summary: an inaccurate valuation, negligible effort, a complete lack of communication, and a devious fee structure designed to charge you even when they fail to perform.

My brother and myself dealt with Hefina to sell our mother’s house - Hefina dealt with us from valuation to sale in a professional manner at all times, responding to our questions promptly and keeping us up-to-date every step of the way. The house was sold very quickly and the process went smoothly. I highly recommend Martin and Co for a first class service.

10th May 2022 (4 years ago)1st Choice a friendly family run business always maintained excellent communication which I really liked, if I had any problem weekday, weekend, or on a holiday, Kelly would reply back to my messages for support very quickly and same day. When I moved in to the property it was fully refurbished to an excellent standard. One time during winter I had a problem with my boiler with no heating for a few days. I made one call to 1st Choice and Mark dropped off some electric heaters, untill we got it fixed through Mear's. Anyone looking for property to rent then I would definatley recommend 1st Choice.

We spent some time talking to a number of agents and viewed a lot of properties before we were ready to put ours on the market. I felt the team at Putterills knew their clients very well and understood what both vendors and purchasers were looking for.<br><br>I had great confidence that the team knew a number of their clients would be extremely interested in our home. We decided to test the price that we wished to achieve off-market to avoid the repercussions of pricing too high and reducing very visibly later.<br><br>The whole team were involved in the sale such that they all knew what our home had to offer a family and could have detailed conversations with prospective purchasers.<br><br>The off-market approach worked very well. Viewings took place over one weekend and we agreed a sale on the following Tuesday. Even without multiple viewings and offers we were able to know that the purchase would go through as we were so welled matched by Putterills.
