20th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)Tyne at Lanes has been brilliant from the start. Really knowledgeable and helpful on the two viewings I had, really lovely and personable and great to deal with. Very happy with Tyne throughout the process, including post offer acceptance. If I decide down the line to sell a property, I will keep Tyne in mind! The few interactions I had with other members of the team/management were great as well. I've had one or two bad experiences with other estate agents in the past, but would definitely recommend Lanes.
27th Feb 2020 (4 years ago)We purchased a property for which Big Black Hen were the agents. Both Nigel and Bobbie have been really attentive and the process of buying our first home - despite what everyone told us - has been really low stress. Emails and calls all replied to promptly, they helped get measurements for appliances etc. Small things but all add up by the end of the purchase.

Hassle free services for nearly 2 years. The customer service is top notch! Amiee and Simona are unique and excellent people. I would always come back to Larkham and Pikes!
2nd Dec 2022 (1 year ago)Sandy Gorton handled the renting of the property and was superb from the word 'go'. He had people round, he chased up to see how interested they were and if they weren;t, why not. His communication with me was excellent. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and, quite honestly, he was like a Knight in shining armour. It did not take him long to find us a tenant and we are very grateful for his hard work, perseverance and charm.

18th Jul 2024 (9 days ago)Very poor customer service. On 15th of July I arranged viewing for properly that was for sale. Sharon Knight said that viewing is not possible sooner than 19th of July. Sellers are not available. I waited the whole week to receive a message from Sharon a day before the viewing that my booking is cancelled because there will be an offer on the table. WHAT THE HECK? This brand and Sharon is SCAM!
17th Jul 2024 (10 days ago)I just wanted to leave a quick review to say how great India and Charlotte were in helping myself and my daughter find our lovely home. They were both fantastic, informative and very supportive throughout the whole process, a process which was quick but thorough. Always available when I had a question to ask, If India was out of the office, Charlotte was there to assist straight away and visa versa. I would highly recommend William H brown if you are looking to rent a property. Thank you for such great customer service! ?

30th Oct 2023 (8 mo. ago)I never normally write reviews but in this particular instance I thought Richard and Toni at Lowthers Estate agents fully deserve to be recognised for their tremendous efforts during the sale of my property. Upon completion we soon realised that we had been dealing with each other for approximately 12 months following 3 different buyers due to a range of different issues along with the ever changing dynamics of the housing market. However despite all this, Lowthers remained thoroughly professional, committed and adaptive with their approach throughout the entire process always making me feel up to date and comfortable. I honestly believe most agents would have given up but they remained confident with the task which ended with a great result. I will definitely be using Lowthers in the future when I decide to sell my next property and would recommend to anyone thinking of doing the same.
