David continued with the sales process who was extremely knowledgeable and made the process very easy. Highly recommended, great service!
18th Feb 2025 (5 weeks ago)The worst estate agents. From start to finish. Struggled to view property. Bombarded with sales tactics to use them as our agent. We bought a property they had on there books and then when the sale wasn’t going as quickly as they wanted they emailed us giving us 3 days to complete or they had advised their client to put it back on the market. Communication overall was terrible and the branch manager is a bully. AVOID!!!!- 7th Nov 2024 (19 weeks ago)Amy has been brilliant, helped us through out our journey on letting a property . From arranging our first viewing to getting ready to move in she has been amazing. I would recommend anyone who is looking at letting a property to visit her .

Claire came out to see me and my wife she was lovely, I can’t believe the house was on the market and within just one week of first contacting Chambers and sold in less than 48hours! Jaime and Nikki have been great on the phone and again they are so nice, caring and so reassuring! I would 110% recommend this company. Thanks all and I will definitely use you guys again ???? Super pleased with the flawless service and hard work from everyone!
24th Oct 2024 (21 weeks ago)Worst experience ive had with a Estate Agency. Very unprofessional and dishonest process of bidding offers on a property. Tom the Agent gave false information about offers and the client requirements. I spoke to another individual who gave an offer only to be told that Tom was giving false information about how high the offer was at and then proceeded to lie. This is a new Estate Agency operating in Birmingham and I will also be reporting them and their tactics along with other members of the public that have viewed properties and how Tom has been sharing offer amounts with everyone other than tbe clients

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

I had very difficult personal circumstances which meant access to my property was extremely limited. Fran worked closely with me throughout the whole process and never made me feel like I was a tricky client as she understood my very challenging situation. I wholeheartedly recommend HS Homes and know for sure, I wouldn't have been able to complete my move had I chosen any other agent! I will be forever grateful to Fran and her team - as my perfect property in the Lickey Hills would never have become a reality without the relentless hard work and understanding that HS Homes offers - the company is incomparable in my view... ????

Indeed, they were the only agent of three who followed up after getting a valuation. They answered our questions and requests fully and quickly, and the photography and listing details were great. Putting our house up for sale with Wilkins was positive experience, and we immediately had viewings. The icing on the cake was having several offers over the asking price - and we agreed a sale within a week of going on the market! Naturally, we'd highly recommend them for their professional, friendly service which gets results.
