21st Feb 2024 (11 mo. ago)House was sold whilst I was a sitting tenant got a letter through post with incorrect tenant names looks like was printed by a 5 year old as no company name info or contact information and no company registration number just stating to pay into this bank account number. No new tenancy contract with either new owner or letting agents. Lorna sharp sent rude obnoxious emails and seems to care more about money than tenants ..... AVOID THIS LETTINGS AGENCY DUE TO TO LACK OF EMPATHY AND SUPPORT FOR DISABLED OR ABLE BODY TENANTS. SAVE YA MONEY FIND A RESPONSIBILE AGENCY NOT THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY

Great team of people working there. Could not recommend more highly. Update - the purchase of my new property has gone through. Kieran was our point of contact and I cannot thank him enough, he went above and beyond throughout the whole process.

They have guided me through the necessary steps and I feel very much at ease leaving everything in their clearly capable hands. All requests and queries have been responded to and dealt with very quickly and to a high standard. Many thanks to sonia. I would absolutely highly recommend! Update - after multiple properties let, my opinion hasn't changed. Duffins. have certainly proved they both talk and walk the walk! I now feel much more relaxed knowing my property is being managed through them. The whole team makes everything seamless and stress free. Communication is second to none - and they listen! Happy landlord
23rd Dec 2024 (4 weeks ago)Give one star, so I can leave a review, but honestly, H2Homes are a nightmare to deal with. The tenant destroyed my property smash two windows, doors were damage, and no rent was paid. I spoke to Fatima and the team who are completely unhelpful and a waste of time. I will definitely not use H2Homes again. Avoid all costs.

13th Jul 2024 (6 mo. ago)No idea how this estate agent sells houses or if they only earmark properties they post for specific clients/buyers already known to the business. Very oddly run, you phone up and are put through to an admin team of sorts, never an agent. They will take your details and say they will pass it onto the agent who will allegedly phone you themselves, they won’t give you the agents details either so you have to just wait for this call. It’s been just over a week of me trying to view a particular property, phoned in multiple times to no avail. - Update, if you find out who the agent dealing with the property is, you can try find their contact details on the actual website, the lady I dealt with was actually sound & treated me the way I’d expect to be, like 90% of other estate agent companies would’ve.
19th Oct 2024 (14 weeks ago)I didn't sell a property with infinite, I was the buyer, however it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Darren. We kept in constant contact over the purchase of the house. Darren kept me updated from his and sellers end of things and I kept him up to date with my end. Nothing was too much trouble. I had a couple of viewings and all my questions and queries were answered promptly. Nice to see an estate agent actually doing some really good work. 10/10 from me.
