16th Nov 2018 (5 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.
30th Aug 2024 (10 days ago)I highly recommend WW Estates Agents. We dealt with the Bolton Junction office. All their staff were a pleasure to deal with. Right from the off they understood our needs and met our expectations. The sale took a while as an earlier buyer withdrew but WW quickly found another buyer. We achieved our asking price. WW handled all the viewings and kept us and our solicitors regularly updated.

As a nervous single parent Lee has helped me to not only secure a mortgage offer but also identify additional areas that I hadn’t taken into consideration. Lee has played a pivotal role in brightening my 2024 as with the doom and gloom surrounding mortgage rates I can honestly say up to this point I am beyond thrilled at where Lee has helped me get too… will complete my review once the process is fully completed as Lee has assured me he will help me to complete but upto now I have been thrilled with Lees support and guidance.- 4th Sep 2024 (5 days ago)Hunters Bradford Just wanted to say thank you to the team at Hunters Bradford for supporting us as a family in the sale of our parents bungalow. Lynn and her team are fantastic, they work really hard and go the extra mile. We had previously listed with Manning Stainton and had an extremely poor experience, despite them charging a lot more in fees, so we were even more impressed when Belvoir provided us a much better service at a much lower cost. Don't hesitate, use Belvoir.

My interaction was with Jack mainly and he was always so kind and patient. He is definitely a true asset to Holroyd. 11th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)After agreement on a rental I found myself losing the property on a flagged up CCJ that was around £400. I honestly didnt realise I had one. I paid a holding fee of £143... in the terms you lose this should anything crop up. I was disappointed and felt they could have asked for me to pay up the CCJ and the agreed terms would be still acceptable. Instead it was a total blank by the landlord you are not now been accepted. So been disappointed I sent an email. I offered to pay off the CCJ and pay a month's rent in advance. They went back to the landlord and the term's offered were changed to such an extent they wanted a guarantor and £720 deposit plus the CCJ to be paid today. Obviously money grabbing and making the term's very difficult to do within the time scale needed. Please becareful and make sure you don't have a CCJ you know nothing about. Giving some money over and it not been returned to me is how these organisations make extra money. Legalised crooks
31st Jul 2024 (6 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
