From calling and emailing me to enquire on update and on my wellbeing too. The staff are friendly and helpful. When I need report for EPC they had contact. They also have a contact for a removal company which took the stress off. Over all a great experience thanks team WW Estate

The team was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout every stage of the process. Their knowledge of the local property market was excellent, and they were always available to answer questions and offer helpful advice. They made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed. I would highly recommend Dacre, Son & Hartley to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the Saltaire area. Thank you to the whole team for your outstanding service!
10th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Made an enquiry at the Halifax branch and spoke a lovely young man called Adam Hartley.<br>Unfortunately it wasn’t something that branch could help with.<br>He was ever so kind and polite and pointed me in the right direction.<br>Something he didn’t have to do as it was completely out of his remit.<br>Lovely company and staff to deal with.

17th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Unfortunately i feel obligated to write this review to warn future potential renters about the issues i faced with Dwell at the end of my tenancy. I rented a flat through Dwell for just over a year. Nothing was raised with me at check-out, and the check-out report their own inspector completed recorded every section of the property, including cleanliness and the mattress, as unchanged from the check-in inventory, with no deductions noted.<br><br>Despite that, I was later billed for cleaning and a mattress nearly two months after leaving. When I declined, I was told I'd agreed to pay on a phone call I have no record of. I disputed the charges through Reposit, submitted both inspection reports, and an independent adjudicator found in my favour, I owed nothing.<br><br>My advice to anyone renting through Dwell: keep your check-in inventory and check-out report, and read them carefully. If charges are raised that the reports don't support, you're entitled to dispute them.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
21st Jul 2026 (8 days ago)Martin & Co have been fabulous. So easy to deal with and very professional. Angela at Martin & Co has recently been helping my wife and I as we reported the fridge freezer had broken down (typically in hot weather!) and nothing has been too much for her. She kept us up to date every step of the way and made sure we had a new appliance installed and the old one taken away in a timely and professional manner. Superb customer service. 10/10.

7th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Our first contact with Linley & Simpson to let a property was with Hollie Landi. She was totally on our case from day 1 & kept us informed of each and every development! Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!

They were incredibly helpful, constantly kept us up to date with proceedings, and they made what is a very stressful proceedure much easier to cope with. We are so glad we chose Open House and would highly recommend them.

Compared to previous agencies I have rented with, the team has been so friendly, approachable, professional and genuinely helpful, which made what can often be a stressful process feel really easy. The team have always been quick to respond to emails and had good communication. Jason, the owner, took time to show me around the property on the move-in day including showing me where fire and carbon monoxide alarms are, explaining how to use the boiler and what to do if radiators are not working. I have not experienced this level of attention and care from previous agencies! I'm grateful for how smooth and positive my experience has been so far, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Davies Properties to anyone looking to rent/have their property managed. Thank you to the whole team for making me feel valued as a tenant!
17th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
25th Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Ornella is proof that bigger isn’t always better when it comes to estate agencies.<br><br>I first contacted her after the agent with the largest market share in our area failed to sell our house after five months on the market. In contrast, Ornella marketed our property in May, and we completed the sale in July.<br><br>Not only did Ornella find a buyer quickly, but she was also there throughout the entire process, ensuring everything progressed as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Both we and the buyer used solicitors recommended by Ornella, and I believe that really helped to keep the conveyancing process moving quickly.<br><br>What I learned from the experience:<br><br>• Large estate agencies often have hundreds of properties on their books, so it's difficult for any one property to receive real attention. Different people conduct viewings, and there isn't always a single person taking ownership of your sale.<br>• With Ornella, you get one highly experienced agent who manages the entire process from start to finish. Because it's her own business, she is genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for her clients and is always responsive and available when you need her - including out of hours.<br><br>We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Ornella. Her professionalism, communication, and commitment made what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.
