From calling and emailing me to enquire on update and on my wellbeing too. The staff are friendly and helpful. When I need report for EPC they had contact. They also have a contact for a removal company which took the stress off. Over all a great experience thanks team WW Estate

18th May 2026 (12 days ago)As property Steward at Wellhouse Moravian Church I have recently engaged Bridgfords Letting Agents to rent out our property at Church. The young lady who is our contact is Jasmine Evans and she has been most helpful and efficient. Nothing has been too much trouble for her, from sorting out contractors to do the renovation and decorating, to sorting out the paperwork, to getting us tenants without us losing income, everything has gone like clockwork. If asked I would certainly recommend Bridgfords and Jasmine to anyone requiring the services they offer. What a pleasant young lady she is. Thank you so much for all your help and efficiency.

From our first viewing to making our offer exchanging and completing on our purchase in under 7 weeks we have been astounded at how easy the buying process was with Marsh & Marsh and how invested the team were by communicating with the vendors and solicitors to keep the sale progressing. If ever the time comes I know who I will be listing and working with. Thank you team, excellent service!

18th May 2026 (12 days ago)After such a difficult experience with our previous estate agents, moving over to Wilman & Lodge was honestly the best decision we made. From start to finish the communication has been incredible and every single member of staff has been so helpful, friendly and professional. We finally completed on our house today and we honestly can’t thank them enough. A special mention to Kayleigh, our property manager, who has been absolutely amazing throughout. She reassured us every step of the way, always kept us updated and nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you all so much for helping us finally get over the finish line we would highly recommend Wilman & Lodge to anybody selling their home.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

7th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Our first contact with Linley & Simpson to let a property was with Hollie Landi. She was totally on our case from day 1 & kept us informed of each and every development! Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!

9th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)I simply find Ornella and her service exceptional and I cannot praise her enough. Having previously had my property on the market for a long period with 2 other largely recognised estate agents, Ornella provided what was disappointingly lacking from the others, which simply put was a sense of personal care & responsibility. As soon as I met Ornella, it became clear that her personality, and passion for my property were going to be the pivotal change that I needed in order to achieve a sale. She shared my passion and agreed with what I thought my home was worth, without me mentioning any figures, which was refreshing that we marketed on what the home was worth and not just looking for a quick easy sale (this sounds obvious, but having had previous with other estate agents, this is not always the case, especially if a buyer is not found quick!) I had a lot of concerns as I had gone through the disappointment of this process twice before and she delivered on her promise and more that she was going to do everything she could to sell my property. Sure enough after 1 week, a buyer was found! However, it’s not just the help of finding a buyer with Ornella, it’s the constant care (and even after-care) that she provides throughout the whole process, it was refreshing to have someone just as passionate and keen as myself to progress the sale along. House sales can be stressful enough, but having someone who can be direct, honest, kind and super helpful by being their for you every step of the way and being a constant source of communication with regular and helpful updates is critical! I would highly recommend anyone to use Ornella and don’t make the same, naive mistake I made and waste time by using another Estate agent, just because they might be well known! Thank you Ornella!
