6th Aug 2019 (4 years ago)Exceptional standard of service from Nigel Still of the Bournemouth office - a true professional - nothing was too much for him over a particularly trying sale! I've bought and sold many properties over the last 35 years and this is the first time that I've been impressed by an agent. If you're looking for old-school professionalism, then these are the estate agents for you. Highly recommended!

He was always available to answer our questions, which he did in a truly honest and professional manner. He made us feel at ease straight away and helped us make the best decisions, 'for us.' Josh understood our needs and did his very best, at all times, to guide us through the often fraught process of both selling our home and buying a new property. We could not recommend him, or 'Tailor Made Sandbanks, highly enough. It is truly thanks to Josh and his colleagues that we are now enjoying a long awaited 'new chapter' in our lives, in the home we spent so many sleepless nights dreaming of. Thank you!
16th Apr 2024 (18 days ago)I have spent the past 15 months as a tenant with the Property Shop and could not have wished for a better team throughout the entire period at the home. From the initial viewing to handing the keys back, I felt informed, comfortable and secure. The level of professionalism shown by, and brilliant communication from Andy made this the best tenancy I have been a part of. I would recommend the Property Shop to anyone, and I should I ever require assistance in the rental or buying market in the area, I know where I am going.

They have an office in Westbourne where my properry is located and provided good advice on the sales price I could achieve. In a difficult market the property was finally sold after 10 months on the market. May's remained professional throughout and did all they could to promote the property

Zak understood my situation and efficiently and effectively marketed my property. I agreed a sale within a few days at market value meaning I could go ahead with the property I had seen. Throughout Zak has been professional, kept me up to date at every stage and is a true gentleman. He made the process so simple and has been instrumental in dealing with issues within the chain. I highly recommend Zak and Fahren to anyone looking to move. Thank you for everything you have done.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Fahrens, especially Zak who we sold our property with were absolutely fantastic. We sold our flat and bought a house at the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021 with a newborn baby, such a stressful time but made less so by Zak. He was always there to answer questions, emails etc and was a great support. All the team at Fahrens are so lovely and never make you feel rushed when calling. They even helped us out when there was a leak in the flat above ours whilst we were on holiday by going to the flat on a Sunday to investigate. I can’t thank Fahrens and Zak enough for everything they did for us at that time. They sent our newborn a lovely card and present when she was born too. Estate agents that go above and beyond!
