To have this pleasant experience is honestly like a blessing, especially after dealing with another horrible letting agency. in the past. 28th Nov 2023 (22 weeks ago)Chris and his team Jade and Elaine have been absolutely fantastic. They have been the most professional estate agents I have EVER come across (rented a lot in the past. They are easily contactable and have always addressed any issue I have had, promptly and efficiently. They made the whole process of moving easy and were very helpful! They are also extremely friendly and the check out process was smooth and they were very fair. Regretfully I have had to move however, given the chance, I would definitely rent or even buy with them in the future. Thank you Chris and team!

Joanne took the lead and gave me as my mother's Attorney sound advice which I had no hesitation in following ... and the Bolton Properties team then expertly brought about a top of the valuation-range sale.

19th Apr 2024 (10 days ago)Extremely poor experience and lack of professionalism. Had a viewing booked for 4 pm today. I notified the estate agent that I would’ve arrived 10 mins late, and it turns out the estate agents not only could not accommodate a really short delay and do the viewing at 4:10 pm instead, but they couldn’t have done 4 pm either due to staff constraints and poor communication with the property management agency. And they made it seem like it was my delay that was the issue, when actually 4 pm wouldn’t have been possible from the start. However, what is most upsetting to me is that they only called to inform me when I was on the train already to go and see the property - a 4 hour journey. And after the day before the viewing was confirmed again over the phone. So it’s honestly beyond comprehension to me how a short delay could be met with such intransigence. The viewing would’ve lasted more than 10 minutes anyway - this is just ridiculous.

26th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)Rudest staff, no communication within the office, so unhelpful, avoid avoid avoid Called to book a viewing and was told ‘shes not here so I can’t book it’ I asked ‘when will she be back please’ the women on the phone replied ‘well I don’t know because she’s not here to ask is she’ I let this go and called back a few days later to book the viewing. Got booked in and was sent an application form. Of course I filled out the form. I was then sent a very rude email stating the application would be sent after a viewing, fine, went to the viewing where there were 4 other people viewing at the same time, the estate agent was exceptionally overstretched to the point it came across rude. Having to keep turning her back during conversations, left alone to walk round without any knowledge of the property given and no chance to ask questions and then had to openly discuss finances infront of all the other people viewing. I was told I would be called later that day to state if my application would still be sent off due to it being sent in too early. I was not called, waited until the following day and received an email asking if I wanted to view the property. I replied to the email to find my email had been added to a block list!!!! Absolutely appalling customer service, rude staff, so glad I realised this before committing to a property with them!!!

They told me untruths , and gave us 15 minutes to vacate our house even though keys hadn’t been handed over and we were still packing.We ended up with belongings on the street in the rain. Absolutely outrageous behaviour from a so called professional agent. Avoid at all costs.

I don’t know what they are doing. I choose the state agency for the sudden within two days, I’ve got a house what I wanted and the price what I am looking for, the best agency I will recommend to the people I will say to the guy who find me this Home thank you very much and I appreciate all your time
