14th Nov 2019 (4 years ago)The staff Leese & Nagle were incredibly helpful in the sale of our property. They were professional and always on hand to assist in the process. It is well known that selling (and buying) property is a hugely stressful experience. The staff at Leese & Nagle showed extraordinary patience with our stress levels (!) and helped us cope with the process. They are also highly knowledgeable of the Clifton area, and this insight also helped in the sale of the property. Highly recommended.
20th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)I can’t thank the Leese and Nagel team enough, professional from start to finish, kept us updated throughout, their knowledge of the local market is second to none as well as finding us the ideal buyers to suit the house of our late Mother. She would be so happy. Leese and Nagel were honest, reliable and friendly while never letting their professionalism down. The whole team were superb. Thank you Rob, Louis and Catherine who we had personal dealings with but I have no doubt the rest of the team would be the same. Massive thank you from me, my brother and sister.

5th Sep 2020 (3 years ago)Emily Davies has a very professional attitude. She appears to enjoy the process of visiting the property and listens carefully to the information about the property. Then with a good camera on a stand she produced very good visual material. She gave us an accurate price she thought it would sell it for and was able to find a buyer at this price within 2 days.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
23rd Apr 2023 (1 year ago)Worst home sales agency in Bristol. Little seriousness, reliability and transparency in selling property. We made an offer to sell a flat and were told they had outbid us. Months later we notice that the same flat was sold for less than our offer. I do not recommend this agency.

29th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Overall our experience with Holbrook Moran was very good. Richard had good local knowledge when it came to valuations so priced the house accurately. We did feel that we were not always listened to however, and that we were being pushed into making decisions that we weren't happy making with. It felt like they were more for the buyers than the sellers. We were also very disappointed with the solicitor that was recommeded to us, which we did use, but they proved very lazy and often had us trying to complete survey questionnaires that was very much their job to go, and exactly what they they were being paid to do. I understand that HB were given a decent fee for their recommendation, but our recommendation would be NOT to use their suggested solicitor. They held up the sale of our property easily 3-4 weeks longer by not responding to emails, sending paperwork by standard post during a postal strike that lasted weeks, and just overall being disinterested in our business.

Lisa was fantastic, supportive beyond expectation, offered invaluable sage advice and when my first buyer had to pull out (outside of their control) at the last moment, Lisa had the house sold again within the week. The team are so diligent and friendly, they go above and beyond to make you feel really valued. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I feel they dedicated a very generous amount of time to getting my flat sold and they left no stone unturned in the process. I strongly recommend them.
