1st Dec 2023 (22 weeks ago)Great sales pitch. Arranged a lot of viewings, but had a different representative from Haart each time and they didn't always communicate with each other about the property features. The house was over-valued and so we ended up accepting a lower offer that was closer to the valuations given by other agents. Overall happy with the service, and would recommend.
11th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Pocock and Shaw handled the sale of my flat extremely well and at a decent price. They drew up excellent brochure with good photos, regularly made it a featured property on websites, and dealt with all the viewings (there were many) in my absence but kept me fully informed with helpful feedback.

29th May 2020 (3 years ago)I have used the services of Carter Jonas in both Cambridge and Suffolk. They have repeatedly delivered excellent professional service when the markets have been both buoyant and not. They go the extra mile and are incredibly accommodating. I only once used another agent who over promised and then under delivered. I changed to Carter Jonas again (they were very gracious) as a result I had a buyer within days of the instruction.

We greatly appreciated her dedication, availability, hard work and the friendly approach with which she conducted herself with throughout the process. We would gladly recommend Holly to anyone in need of rental assistance.

They told us less than 24 hours before we were due to move in that the house wasn't ready, making us homeless. 3 days before that, they guaranteed the house would be ready and that we could move in. Mostly the idiot landlord's fault, but they could have checked rather than making promises they couldn't possible keep. Not sure how this is allowed with no consequences in this day and age Very disappointing. No stars, but Google insist on putting something.
4th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)TERRIBLE Lacking in expertise, experience and professional manner. Poor communication and sloppy attention to detail. Any communication will be abundant in mistakes regarding property or correspondence. SIMPLY AVOID!

Liason with the landlord was efficient too. Tenants and landlords at all budgets would be well served by using them - far better service than most of the high end providers!

It wasn't a particularly smooth process due to the realities of being part of a long chain, but Ellis always did a great job of keeping us in the loop and answering our many questions throughout the process. Always very friendly, professional and proactive.

5th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)I’ve been renting with Lovett coming up to two years now. I write this review keeping in mind that I don’t work for a letting agency and I wouldn’t know how things are done or how complicated their work could be. So far, I think Lovett has been fairly reasonable and responsive to my concerns, especially Graham. During my property flooding, Lovett has been very quick with their actions. With their quick communication with myself and my amazing landlord, they made sure I’ve got a temporary accommodation and fairly a safe environment and compensatory measures until the property had been taken care of. When asked, a lady at the front desk has been quick to put a notice on my letterbox so the postmen wouldn’t out any letters due to internal flooding. Property inspector, Cheriee, is an amazing lady with a friendly approach every time she visits to inspect the property. She gives plenty of notice before the visit and also reminders. Overall it’s been good and I hope it stays the same.

The experience was excellent, good communication, responded and got things moving quickly, and we felt they (Jamie in particular who we worked with) went above and beyond without asking - would recommend!
