21st Mar 2024 (29 days ago)Would leave NO stars if could. As a tenant and especially when moving out agency will do all they can to keep all your deposit. And even try to charge more! They say need professional cleaners with a certificate as what was before moved in but only want you to use THEIRS! And if don’t will still change for cleaning! Will charge any way can for their contractors to do work after move out and charge you even when nothing anymore to do with you!!!! Very greedy people ( (!look at their showroom) ! No consideration for their tenants! People NEVER rent from them!

1st Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)Great sales pitch. Arranged a lot of viewings, but had a different representative from Haart each time and they didn't always communicate with each other about the property features. The house was over-valued and so we ended up accepting a lower offer that was closer to the valuations given by other agents. Overall happy with the service, and would recommend.

Throughout the process his service was exemplary. Selling a home is a very taxing experience and Mark's help was wonderful . Each time we contacted him we had a reply directly . We thank all the staff for a job well done.
29th May 2020 (3 years ago)I have used the services of Carter Jonas in both Cambridge and Suffolk. They have repeatedly delivered excellent professional service when the markets have been both buoyant and not. They go the extra mile and are incredibly accommodating. I only once used another agent who over promised and then under delivered. I changed to Carter Jonas again (they were very gracious) as a result I had a buyer within days of the instruction.

1st Apr 2024 (18 days ago)Worst people I had to deal with, honestly! I don't know how they're still in business. They don't even listen to what you tell them on the phone, their standard reply for everything is to fill their online form, so they can get back to you with a questionnaire, so you can fill in the questionnaire, so they can arrange a viewing. I tried to do this for a month, calling them every other day because I was not receiving their damn questionnaire (they refused to let me answer the questions over the phone), then they booked the viewing of the wrong property and forgot to cancel even after I told them over the phone that I was never interested to view that property. After a month of this hell, they finally told me the property was not suitable for pets (which was NOT on the ad). They're a joke!

1st Apr 2024 (18 days ago)I had a fall on 15th March and broke my arm and shoulder in Shelford. The staff came out to help and Dilan took control of the situation, calmed me down and even got me a drink and a sling and took me to the hospital. She managed to make an awful situation bearable. I can't thank her enough . Definitely my angel on that day. Thankyou

Liason with the landlord was efficient too. Tenants and landlords at all budgets would be well served by using them - far better service than most of the high end providers!
