(41 reviews)14th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Disappointed, impossible to get an answer quick enough so keep missing out on properties. Have struggled to find a property in Cardiff and when I do and contact the agents they take too long to answer/will not pass all the details I put forward to the landlords.
18th Nov 2020 (3 years ago)I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one. As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live. Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied. If I ever find myself wanting to move again I will be using the team at Keylet.

25th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Communication wasn't the easiest, and I often didn't hear from them for weeks. When I rang and asked to be called back, it took four or five days to get a response. I was never really sure what their marketing strategy was, apart from the usual online listings, so I didn't know to how to move forward when it wasn't selling. It outcome wasn't successful, although I know the market is difficult at the moment.

Upon asking for a receipt (both me and deposit scheme) they sent a 3 years ago date receipt. Then they ghosted me. Also they tried to go behind me telling the deposit scheme I did agree to give them that amount. Luckily deposit scheme gave me all my money back. Such a dishonest company.
26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

From the ‘sneak peeks’ on Facebook, the Facebook live viewing all the way through to completion, Nic and the rest of the Northwood team were incredibly professional, responsive and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend Northwood!

20th Sep 2021 (2 years ago)It is a small business but with top quality service, no doubt. They don't have many listed properties but each of them are with reasonable price. Sally and David were extremely helpful finding us a brilliant landlord. Maintenances are always in time, communications are smooth. I got all my deposit back and did had a great living experience with Simpson Estates.

At all stages of the repair we were grateful for the competence and thoroughness with which it was organised. Now that the repair has been successfully completed we would like to thank Mr Arigi for his support and competence throughout.
17th Apr 2019 (5 years ago)I have used Martin Shell for my Energy Performance Certificate twice now, as very reasonably priced. On this occasion he has gone beyond his job by notifying me of a repair outside that I, nor my tenant noticed that I am now able to address. Thank you Martin.

It wasn’t until my contract ended and I chose not to continue that they actually promoted the house properly by which time I had to tell them they hadn’t removed it from advertisement as per my request. Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.- 24th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)Avoid renting with this company! If I could put 0 stars I would as I have never experienced such awful customer service and unprofessionalism - Writing on behalf of my family member. From the start of our renting journey with Chris John to the end when they had been taken over by MGY it was just an absolute nightmare. Rude staff, no urgency whatsoever to complete repairs even when urgent and just generally unprofessional. You can be waiting days if not weeks for a response or update. Even once we vacated the property the company continued to be rude and unhelpful. AVOID AVOID AVOID
