They were fantastic throughout, in particular when my buyer dropped out, they were able to find me a new buyer within about 24 hours. Annamarie was very friendly and great at keeping me updated throughout the process too. A special mention too for Simon, he is so knowledgeable about houses in the area that I was looking at buying. It seems like he knows the history and details of almost all houses in Whitchurch! He was also very patient when I asked him for advice about properties I was interested in and helping me find what I was looking for.

Claire (Williams) was also very effective progressing my sale. They both engaged with ne fully and no query was too small. Really pleased with communications throughout. 26th Sep 2024 (6 mo. ago)I rented a property from belvoir for 1 year. It was a nice house and our property manager Julia was lovely. We informed her about the tap & shower leak and the hole where the heater supposed to go but no repair has been done. We had taken house insurance as well. But we had a small burn on the vinyl flooring which was informed to belvoir on the day it happened. And they took 400 pound from our deposit. Fair enough, no complaints. But when my partner asked for their reference to move to a new house, belvoir showed their nasty behaviour and gave a bad reference so he didn’t get the house. It was clearly unprofessional and if it had costed more they could have taken more money off the deposit but after taking money and insurance this was very much uncalled for.

He was always on hand and went above and beyond his duties on several occasions, ensuring the smooth running of the transaction. Dealing with some tricky solicitors and some difficult interactions, Richard made the process as easy as possible. Would definitely recommend.

However, communication with the agents was always prompt and friendly and detailed feedback was provided on viewings.

I recently finished a property and wanted to rent it out and have it managed, so reached out to Kayleigh Ashford from NEXA. Kayleigh was so quick to respond to every question I had, and had my place rented out after the first viewings - for more than initially expected too! Will continue to work with Kayleigh on future purchases, could not recommend her enough!
2nd Sep 2024 (6 mo. ago)This is the first time we have used Moving You after Andy and his team were recommended to us by our daughter who had used him in the past. I have to say that from start to finish the service we had was brilliant. Andy carried out the initial valuation whilst Nicola took the images ready for marketing. Both then carried out viewings on our behalf. Andy's marketing is great - across all the usual platforms and all over social media. Unlike many Estate Agents he was able to offer appointments at weekends as well as during the week and Nicola was a brilliant person to have accompanying viewers. We sold in just a month, in a challenging market, at just over the asking price and from then on the process was smooth and efficient. Andy's online portal was a great help and he was only ever a phone call away if we needed to discuss anything with him. We have bought and sold a number of houses over the last 20 years and while our other estate agents were great, I really feel that Andy was worth all the commission he and Nicola earned. I won't hesitate to recommend his agency to anyone who may need it. Thanks Guys
25th Oct 2024 (22 weeks ago)This is now my second time using Martin & Co Cardiff, having purchased my home with them just over 2 years ago and now selling my home as I move in with a partner. Once again Martin & Co live up to expectations in their area of expertise, managing to secure a sale in record time for my property where another agent wasn't able to. Henry and Astrid were both great to work with and got everything done with no fuss - and act as a great bridge between buyer and seller. Highly recommend.

Can't believe if you ask for a viewing after 5pm on a weekday or anytime at a weekend its virtually impossible! Not sarah - she did viewings 7 days a week. I'm sure she'd do viewings at 4am if I asked her! Really friendly and always kept in touch.
