3rd Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Making the decision to sell the old family home was not an easy one, but once decided and i visited Karen and Matthew in Tonteg, i knew i had made the right decision. From day 1 they both offered me the reassurances i needed throughout the process. Communication between them and myself was faultless and I. Felt completely involved in the whole process. Both Karen and Matthew handles some sensitive issues with discretion and respect, fir which i am grateful. Would highly recommend Durbins to anyone who is buying or selling their home.

My housemate and I have just moved into our first house after uni and the team at Allen and Harris have provided a most excellent service. They found the perfect property based on the parameters we gave and the whole process after that point was so smooth thanks to all of their help. They have answered every query, concern and question we have a had in a timely and holistic manner. All of this plus service with a smile , I am extremely greatful to all the team and truly could not give higher praise or reccomendation.

All communication was very friendly, polite and prompt. Whole process was really straight forward and entire sale went through within about twelve weeks, despite some minor delays. Everyone we dealt with was great, and Matt was particularly good. Thank you so much, all, we are delighted with our new house ????

Our personal experience with them was good on the main, having sold with them previously, however our opinion of them changed after we were contacted directly at our home by people who wanted to view, but were either not called back by the agent (after saying they would), or were spoken to rudely on the phone.

They keep you informed as to everything that is happening and not kept in the dark about anything. Rebecca in the office is brilliant, feel as if I have made a new friend. Johnathan even came to the bungalow and opened the door to welcome me at my new home before giving me the keys. I am happy to recommend this estate agent to anyone.

I was in the final stages of renovating our property ready for sale and hadn't contacted any estate agents, Following a brief conversation, I asked Andy to value our property and continue with marketing it. It was evident that he had a positive sales approach which would benefit both parties A very efficient and prompt service was experienced with several viewings and an offer accepted within the first week. During the period prior to completion, communication was regular and clear as to what was required. We completed last week and the neighbouring property is also SSTC. I would use Andy/Moving You again with no hesitation.

Wayne was very knowledgeable about all properties he showed us and gave us honest thoughts about each one. The solicitors and mortgage advisor Wayne recommended we’re also very helpful and lead to a quick and stress free sale. Would definitely recommend Wayne as first time buyers he helped us every step of the way.
