Gayle's marketing strategy was comprehensive - professional photography, virtual tour, targeted online advertising, and a beautiful brochure. Their stager transformed our home to appeal to buyers while still keeping it livable for us. We had multiple offers within 48 hours. Gayle negotiated skillfully, and we accepted an offer well above the asking price with favorable terms. Throughout the process, communication was excellent with regular updates. 16th May 2025 (8 weeks ago)For god sake do not have a property with these people, I had a bedsit with this letting agency and trust me when I say I shared a floor with a bunch of animals, hygiene went out of the window, one of them did his washing in the shower and the other one would not clean the kitchen after him and would not put a toilet brush around the toilet, I left the flat in a better condition than when I took it on, and one of the other guys that moved out would piss in the shower. And by the way the office staff can't do simple maths, I put £230:00 bond down,, after charges of £136:00 I got back £51:00 so there was a hidden charge of £43:00 which I was not informed of. Dont go with these people.
2nd Jul 2019 (6 years ago)I just purchased a bungalow and used 3EA-Three Estate Agents Talbot Green. Brilliant. They keep you informed as to everything that is happening and not kept in the dark about anything. Rebecca in the office is brilliant, feel as if I have made a new friend. Johnathan even came to the bungalow and opened the door to welcome me at my new home before giving me the keys. I am happy to recommend this estate agent to anyone.

4th Jun 2025 (5 weeks ago)I am absolutely disgusted with Bettermove!! They offered to buy my house for a fixed price, having deducted 20%! Which is what I told them I wanted a 'quick' sale. They offered of 2 options. Or, they said they could market it for a month AND actually LIED and stated they HAD investors INTERESTED in MY property!! Within a week I realised they had NO investors!! So, when the 'month' was up I asked if they would buy the house for the price they had stated instead. They said they would take a FURTHER 20% off AGAIN!!! Had they told me this would happen in the first place I would've just sold it to them!!! AND, in the process, they have DEVALUED the market value of my house!!! I think its absolutely disgusting that they seem to act without any conscience. They lie and are not up front with what the options really are. They have set my house selling back by possibly years now!! If there were an Ombundsman or official way to report them I would do so!

Can't believe if you ask for a viewing after 5pm on a weekday or anytime at a weekend its virtually impossible! Not sarah - she did viewings 7 days a week. I'm sure she'd do viewings at 4am if I asked her! Really friendly and always kept in touch.
