Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .

9th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)As soon as I engaged with Darlows to sell my home it was on the market immediately after signing the contract, the viewings began and the responsibility was out of my hands as Darlows staff met and showed the viewers around my home while I could relax and get on with my work, I was informed on viewings and feedback throughout the sale, Jacqueline Morgan was exceptional kept me informed and directed me to contact my solicitor when needed. I would highly recommend Darlows to those looking to sell as they have all the knowledge to support on all matters relating to the sale of a house.

Paris has been exceptional and is always willing to answer your calls and speak to you when you have a question. Even when she’s not available, the rest of the team know exactly what’s going on and can help out.

8th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)?? 1 star<br><br>Unfortunately, my experience with Nexa South Wales has been extremely frustrating.<br><br>I have been living in my current property since February and have experienced ongoing maintenance issues almost from the beginning. There have been repeated leaks from the bathroom into the kitchen, including an incident where water flooded into the kitchen and affected the electrics. Multiple contractors have attended, with various parts replaced and repairs attempted, but I have repeatedly had to chase for issues to actually be resolved.<br><br>I have also been left waiting for months for damage caused by the leaks to be properly made good, including staining and repainting the kitchen ceiling.<br><br>More recently, the boiler has been leaking for months. Two leaks were identified, one was repaired, but I have still been waiting for the other to be resolved. This morning, the boiler started leaking heavily again at around 6am, leaving me with no choice but to turn off the internal stopcock. As a result, I currently have no water, hot water or heating in the property.<br><br>What is particularly disappointing is the lack of urgency and communication. An inspection was also carried out around a month ago, with several issues identified and uploaded to my online account. Despite this, I have received no follow-up and nobody has attended to address those issues.<br><br>I have repeatedly reported problems and tried to be patient, but I feel that I am constantly having to chase the letting agent, landlord and builder to get basic maintenance and safety issues dealt with.<br><br>I appreciate that repairs can sometimes take time, but there is a significant difference between a repair taking time and repeatedly having to chase unresolved problems for months, particularly when they involve water leaks, electrical concerns and loss of essential services.<br><br>The whole situation has caused me a huge amount of unnecessary stress and has significantly affected my experience of living in the property. I would simply expect maintenance issues to be taken seriously, communicated properly and dealt with within a reasonable timeframe.<br><br>I am extremely disappointed with my experience so far and would not currently recommend Nexa South Wales based on the way my tenancy and ongoing maintenance issues have been handled.

1st Nov 2026 (1 day ago)Steven was extremely knowledgeable about absolutely everything with our new property and was always easy to get hold of, accommodating and was probably the best agent we could have had! He helped put us in touch with our mortgage broker who basically moved mountains for us, and Steven just made everything feel so easy. Even on completion day, he helped the whole chain move smoothly behind the scenes and never came across as stressed or annoyed by us badgering for updates! If we ever forget the stress of moving again and choose to sell, we will 100% use Steven!

She handled the sale of my 3-bedroom townhouse, and from start to finish, she was absolutely amazing.<br><br>Lydia went above and beyond in every aspect of the process. Her professionalism, communication, dedication and genuine commitment to getting the job done were second to none. Selling a property can be stressful, but Lydia made the whole experience so much easier by keeping me informed, being incredibly supportive and always making me feel like I was in safe hands.<br><br>What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

She was always more than happy to assist with any questions that I had & was extremely helpful for our first time buyers to help them with the process. We had a bit of a situation with solicitors, but Mel was onto them, chasing and efficiently got everything organised.<br>I would highly recommend Mel if you’re looking to sell your house!

This office demonstrates a lethal lack of competency regarding mandatory housing laws, leaving tenants in properties with severe, illegal safety hazards. By completely ignoring fundamental statutory regulations, they actively endanger human lives while exposing their landlord clients to massive legal fines, criminal liability, and Rent Smart Wales license revocations. Full evidence has been submitted to Rent Smart Wales and Rhondda Cynon Taf Environmental Health for formal investigation. Do not trust this agency with your property or your life—they are a public danger.
