His professionalism, combined with a genuinely personable approach and obvious sincerity, set him apart from the others. We never felt like just another client; he took the time to understand our situation and was always approachable and honest. Throughout the process, communication was timely, clear, and consistent. Sean kept us updated every step of the way, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Sean and the team. Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .

I phoned and emailed so many times for updates and every time Jacqueline Morgan helped me and was always so kind to me so thank you :) Plus Hollie Jones helped us secure our sale and made the whole process so easy. Me and my partner just want to say thank you to these two lovely women and the whole team at Darlows in Pontypridd.

Buying a first home can feel like a difficult and stressful process, but the team were very supportive throughout. They helped us come to a decision with confidence and also assisted us during the negotiation process with the sellers. Their prompt communication and clear responses made the whole experience much more manageable and reassuring. 11th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. A deduction was proposed from my deposit for a cracked window, but before obtaining multiple quotations or even arranging for a contractor to inspect the damage in person, a price was provided over the phone. The amount quoted appeared excessive and unreasonable. Throughout the process, I made it clear that I was not refusing to contribute towards a fair and justified cost. My concern was that no effort seemed to have been made to obtain a competitive or evidence-based quotation. I repeatedly asked for a more reasonable price or an independent assessment, but this was not properly addressed. I believe tenants should be treated fairly and any deductions from deposits should be supported by transparent and reasonable evidence. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Andy & Nicola are immediately responsive & so easy to contact, they prioritise weekend viewings & are very flexible. I couldn't recommend them more. They sold our house & we moved within just a few short weeks which was incredible! Thank you both for your dedication & personal service.

This lot operate like their working out of a mate's garage. Comms is non-existent. Attitude and enthusiasm on the floor. Clearly all about the bottom line. I doubt they employ many people, and those they do are paid peanuts no doubt. Whereas I'm sure Mr Martin is very well off and maybe even some of his Co! It's simple really - AVOID.

17th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)I found Peter Alan quite unpleasant to deal with. Despite clearly stating multiple times that we were happy with our current mortgage broker, they repeatedly pressured us to arrange a meeting with theirs. This led to excessive calls—sometimes three or four times a day—which quickly became frustrating. Additionally, when we identified another property of interest, it was extremely difficult to get through to them. We had to call several times, and on some occasions, it felt as though calls were being ignored or even deliberately disconnected. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
