28th Feb 2025 (18 days ago)We would give them 10 stars. Gave these guys a really tough job and asked them to sell our bungalow in quite a short window. Having tried earlier in the year with another larger local estate agent and having had such a bad experience we were a bit scarred from the selling experience. However Helen and her team (all of them) were absolutely amazing, communication was on point, viewings were relevant (not many tyre kickers), valuation was realistic and the sales process was relatively painless. Only thing that made it painful was the buyers solicitors but Helen and her team pushed it along as best they could and communicated daily about it. Highly recommend and would 100% use again, and their fees are waaaay cheaper than the other people we used. If you’re looking to sell and tempted to go with the other agent, try these guys first. Please don’t get bowled over by a stupid high valuation from another agent, go with these guys, realistic but strong valuations, quicker sales process and amazing, thorough communication. 18th Nov 2020 (4 years ago)I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one. As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live. Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied. If I ever find myself wanting to move again I will be using the team at Keylet.

Despite the bottom of the chain falling through initially when they could not keep up their end of the transaction, Sarah kept with it and ensured that a new chain went through successfully. Very professional and always kept me in touch with developments.

However, communication with the agents was always prompt and friendly and detailed feedback was provided on viewings.

Graham and the Nicholson’s team are some of the most genuine and trustworthy professionals I’ve ever come across. I first approached them late last year about a property they had available. I made an offer below the asking price, and after some negotiation, it was accepted. The property was leasehold, and throughout the sales process, several obstacles arose—at times, it felt like the deal was on the verge of falling through. However, I cannot fault Graham and the team in any way. Their professionalism, persistence, and problem-solving ensured a successful outcome. Finding an estate agent who is both honest and reliable is rare these days, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have come across this exceptional team. Graham, in particular, has gone above and beyond. He has always been available, no matter the time—whether it’s 8 PM in the evening or on a Sunday, he has never hesitated to assist. That level of dedication is almost unheard of in this industry. I highly recommend Nicholson’s and all the services they offer. It’s been a privilege working with them, and I look forward to any future dealings!
26th Oct 2024 (20 weeks ago)We didn't end up purchasing with David Baker due to unforeseen complication near to completion, however we feel we need to write a review on how good they're. Most estate agents view every interaction as a single event and can be quite abrupt and unprofessional, some even lying about houses and offers and don't appreciate even if you're not a customer of theirs at this time, you could well be in the future. I'm glad to say this is not the case with David Baker. Craig,Charles,Debbie were great - whilst they obviously put the vendor 1st, they treated every viewing & communication with us in a very professional way. Even though we didn't purchase with them we have already recommended them twice to friends and they would definitely be our 1st point of contact if we ever come to sell our house in Penarth in the future. Their staff are really a credit to their company
2nd Sep 2024 (6 mo. ago)This is the first time we have used Moving You after Andy and his team were recommended to us by our daughter who had used him in the past. I have to say that from start to finish the service we had was brilliant. Andy carried out the initial valuation whilst Nicola took the images ready for marketing. Both then carried out viewings on our behalf. Andy's marketing is great - across all the usual platforms and all over social media. Unlike many Estate Agents he was able to offer appointments at weekends as well as during the week and Nicola was a brilliant person to have accompanying viewers. We sold in just a month, in a challenging market, at just over the asking price and from then on the process was smooth and efficient. Andy's online portal was a great help and he was only ever a phone call away if we needed to discuss anything with him. We have bought and sold a number of houses over the last 20 years and while our other estate agents were great, I really feel that Andy was worth all the commission he and Nicola earned. I won't hesitate to recommend his agency to anyone who may need it. Thanks Guys

The sale took much longer than anticipated & wasn’t plain sailing & I am sure they are just as relieved as we were that we finally completed. Thank you.

Special mention to Sarah who made the whole process easy; consistently updated us throughout the process & handled our sale professionally. The staff are friendly, helpful & efficient. Wayne managed to get our property straight on the market and sold it first viewing, we are now in our forever home.
