Kept us up to date at all times. We didn’t need to chase them at all and as it was a stressful time for us, they certainly took the pressure off us. Big thanks.

Chris, in particularly was very informative on different aspects of renting/tenants rights, fees etc. Really helpful to making a decision about moving. Now is not the right time but will definitely be looking at their website in around 4-5 months time. Restored faith in letting agents. Genuinely has a interest in working for the tenants as well as landlords
9th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)Contacted Nicholas on their chat service twice, 02nd and 05th Mar 2026 to arrange a visit by one of their valuers. No one called back in response to either contact. I was surprised and disappointed and so sent an e-mail to Andrew Harwood on 06th Mar, their Residential Director in Sevenoaks to make him aware and ask someone to call me as matter or urgency. No call back as of 09th Mar. Shocking. If that's how they deal with Sellers, what opportunities are being missed with potential buyers??

Communication was always good and could phone the branch, get straight through and they all knew who we were (not in a bad way). To be fair to them the property was not in the most desirable area to most buyers so do not think they were at fault for not selling (was on with 2 agents after first 4 weeks with just them). No fee as never sold but was very competitive and also included a free epc
23rd Dec 2025 (11 weeks ago)A big thank you to Mitchell & Neve at Sibley Pares for making the viewings and overall process as smooth as possible. Communication was always prompt and friendly, which made moving, usually a stressful experience, feel a lot easier. Having dealt with estate agents over the last couple of years who were somewhat difficult, Sibley Pares really were a breath of fresh air. We truly appreciate all the help and professionalism throughout.

11th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Due to our house being sold as part of a Trust, we were given Evolution as our nominated Estate Agents. If truth be known, as we hadn't heard of them before it probably wouldn't have been one we would naturally have utilised. However, we have been simply over the moon that you were the chosen Estate Agents, your service has been nothing short of exemplary. You have done absolutely everything you said you would do, at the times and dates provided. The Staff are so supportive, and will go out of their way to make sure the information or question is provided or answered. Nothing has ever been too much, whatever date, time or person we spoke to. We had total faith in your ability to deliver, and trusted you to do your job and you absolutely delivered on everything. All I'm left to add is a big thank you to all concerned.
22nd Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)Obviously, I’m yet to get my final settlement deposit refund, due to Pro-estates staff and the landlord still not deciding when to sort this out. Firstly, I got into this apartment late last year, prior to my viewing with my friend husband we found a TV and a Microwave inside, and when asked cos I had one at my previous house, we were told the previous tenant left it behind and that If eventually I moved in I could have it as wasn’t part of the property. So when I got the email notification that I was the lucky one to get the flat, I asked again and clearly told I can have it. I lived there for a year and now informed it was ending my tenancy agreement, so I moved out everything as my friend and her husband actually helped me as I was very ill this period. So then, after 2 weeks my deposit hasn’t been returned and now I’m struggling and the new Landlord who has taken over has informed the agent I needed to return the TV and microwave. I have informed, it wasn’t part of the property as told earlier during my viewing and when I moved in. I have contacted my friend husband who was present and I have also requested for a face to face appointment as it appears they trying to deny and make me look it was stolen. I have contacted Luke and explained but still when I call it’s either they not wanting to put him on the call or promised to call me back till now, as still not responded to my email. I want this to be escalated to any authority and I will bring in a witnessed, as this appears to be a false alarm on me and holding my deposit. NB: Also, prior to my move in the carpet was changed and not properly hovered, I have left the flat in good condition as I found it, the humidity meter I left back, was taken by my friend as she helped to do the final move as I was in the hospital as she thought it was a private letter. I have confirmed in writing that I can provide this, as I had to asked my friend who said she saw an envelope in my name. Lastly, the house was left in same condition and I want to escalate the aspect of the landlord and agents accusing me of taking the TV and microwave which they initially and clearly stated that it was left behind from the previous tenant and that I have it when moving out. Proestate is evil, with poor managerial skills, false and misleading information, delay in responses from complaints. I’m lucky I wasn’t alone on that said day, I have a witness and If you ever DEDUCT my DEPOSIT or don’t REFUND me FULLY, I promise you that the outcome of this issues will be TOUGH. Stop misleading clients with false information, stop claiming what wasn’t true from the onset. I NEED MY FULL REFUND AND MY FULL REFUND ONLY, book a face to face appointment and I will bring in my witness, stop making me look like a liar. The TV and microwave wasn’t part of the property as informed initially and you all gave me CONSENT from the onset to have it when moving out. Stop the deceit, stop the false accusations, stop now. You holding my deposit for way too long now.

He also went above and beyond his duties as an agent, giving advice and help with preparing the property for sale. I would recommend him unreservedly to anyone looking for an agent.

He was always on top of things, chasing up solicitors and making sure everything ran smoothly. Brian was a pleasure to work with — friendly, professional and so helpful. You couldn't ask for a better company to look after you when it comes to selling a property from the very start to completion The communication from Mac & Ellis is 5 Star ++++++ I would absolutely recommend Mac , to anyone who's looking at selling. Ellis kept us up to date with his emails insuring we had all the information, 5 star +++++ I've used a high st estate agent once and they don't come no where near the standards of Meldone Estates Their hard work deserves more than 5 stars . Thankyou for everything. ????

They have been informative and knowledgeable, explaining everything each step of the way. They seem to care about our onward purchase as well and have helped make calls and send messages etc and have been overall very helpful. The service has been great value for money. I would definitely recommend them.
