Their service was professional, efficient, and supportive throughout the entire process. They provided excellent guidance at every stage, kept us well informed, and made everything smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Ellie and Erin, who were our main points of contact throughout — both were incredibly helpful, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Overall, we are very pleased with the experience and would happily recommend their services to others.

27th May 2026 (23 days ago)Honestly the process has been so easy. The team has been amazing and Katie has been so helpful with the moving process. I’m a severe stress head when it comes to moving but she has honestly made it so much easier and been so helpful with everything regarding paperwork and answering any questions we have had regarding the process. She is so polite and friendly which has made this experience so much more special considering this is me and my partners first home together and we wanted the experience to be a positive one and thanks to Katie it has. I would definitely want to stay with this company when moving in the future.

He took the time to call us and get a clear understanding of exactly what we were looking for, he then arranged a viewing the following week that perfectly met our criteria. From start to finish, Jack has been in constant communication and always reachable to answer any questions we had. He has made the entire process feel so easy and stress-free. We honestly could not recommend him highly enough and can’t thank him enough for all of his help.

Mark Waldron has provided us with excellent help and advice throughout, from our first meeting with him for valuation purposes, then during viewings and consideration of offers, and finally helping us to navigate through exchange and completion. Mark and his team have made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible and we highly recommend them.

8th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I highly recommend Medway Mortgage Shop if you are looking to secure a mortgage, remortgage, or sell your property. I am a first time buyer and Audrey at MMS helped me to secure a mortgage and made what is typically quite a daunting process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Audrey was incredibly helpful - she explained the whole process clearly and found me the best deal possible. During the conveyancing process the mortgage rates dropped, and Audrey took the time to let me know and re-submit my mortgage application so I could get the lower rate. The communication from everyone at MMS was fantastic - they are very quick to respond, happy to help with any queries, and offered a great service from start to finish. I would highly recommend them for any mortgage needs. Fantastic service, thank you Audrey & MMS!

Charlotte was also brilliant throughout the process and kept everything moving smoothly. Communication was excellent, and everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. I would highly recommend MMS to anyone looking for mortgage advice, especially first-time buyers. 6th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience. I arranged a viewing for a rental property and received confirmation that the appointment had been booked. Shortly afterwards, I noticed the property had been marked as "let agreed" on social media, yet nobody from the company contacted me to cancel or explain the situation. When I chased them for clarification, I was told it was an error and that my viewing would still be going ahead. I then took a day off work to attend the viewing, only to receive a text message cancelling the appointment while I was sitting outside the property. After calling the office and struggling to get a clear answer, I eventually spoke with Tori and a new viewing was arranged for the following week. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again. I saw on Instagram that the property had once more been advertised as "let agreed", yet nobody contacted me. I had to chase the company again and was eventually informed, less than 24 hours before the rearranged viewing, that the property was no longer available. The communication throughout this process was extremely poor. I wasted annual leave, spent considerable time chasing updates, and was repeatedly left in the dark about the status of the property. Had the company communicated proactively and professionally, this could have been avoided. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would be reluctant to deal with them again.

Vicky always explained every step so well as renting has changed recently, always at the end of the phone to answer any questions and replied to emails promptly. Honestly cannot fault greenleaf at all. Thank you so much for all of your help!

Getting viewings is a rarity and the ones we have had booked don’t go through, don’t know what the team actually do but the whole experience has been so disheartening should of used a different estate agent.

Solid advice when needed, also took their advice on conveyancer choice and that was a good move too. In addition to Dan thanks in particular to Naomi, Sharon, Lorraine, Abi, Marisa, Claire who all were a great help in the process.
