27th Aug 2024 (7 mo. ago)I found that the feed back from the Agents was none existence regarding what the persons or personnel thought of the property after a visit and to me there seemed that there were too many cancellation visits or other excuses as to why from 3 people wanting to view the property to only one turning up.
23rd Nov 2023 (1 year ago)Streets have done a very poor job Of managing my property, communication is very poor,no inspections of my property over the last couple of years,they have not provided me gas safety or electrical certs,I got the property back in a very poor condition, avoid streets like the plague!

My agent Ben really went above and beyond for what turned out to be a difficult conveyancing experience but we got there in the end! I would definitely recommend Nested for a bespoke service you don’t get elsewhere.

Bishops made selling a positive experience and kept me updated. They were even able to install some calm in me when I was getting a bit anxious! Bishops maybe small, but they are perfectly formed and are an exceptional team. Big thank you to Amanda and Tessa who go the extra mile…….not forgetting Tom who was on hand for a late email when needed. Would highly recommend Bishops.

The valuation process was easy and quick. The photo process and marketing was all to a high standard. Communication was excellent all the way through our sale and so we would highly recommend James Gorey Estate Agents for purchasing and selling.

2nd Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)I was unable to sell my flat for around a year with the mainstream estate agents but on our third attempt we decided to go with Pullen estate agents and sold within 4 weeks. Tom was very helpful and communicative all the way through the selling process whilst also managing our sale on a personal level giving us the attention that we definitely lacked from other providers all for a very reasonable fee. I would 100% recommend using Pullen estate agents to anyone looking to sell their property in a swift and efficient manor. Thanks again Tom!
