22nd May 2024 (9 weeks ago)The team at John German were really friendly and helpful during our sale. The sales brochure was great and photographs really professional. We did our own viewings and these were coordinated well. Feedback was also given and we always received a call back if requested. Would recomend them.

She has checked in again after the process has completed and is always pleasant and helpful if I have any queries. I have also found the other office staff to be just as polite and helpful too. I would highly recommend Emma and the team.

15th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)Hunters were the 3rd estate agents we used and were by far the best, from start to finish we couldn't fault them,communication was excellent and they were always on hand to answer any questions,they worked very hard to get people in to view the house and always supplied us with feedback as to how the viewing went, can't thank Vickie , Hollie, Evie and team enough for selling our house and making it as stress free as possible!!
18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
23rd Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)Let us a mouldy house and did nothing when we complained. At checkout when we brought this up, the staff were rude and nonchalant about our experience. I don't recommend renting a property through this organisation.

After being disappointed with another agent we moved to EweMove and we sold within 2 weeks! Victoria gave us a complete personal service, giving us regular feedback, offering good advice and being very supportive. I think EweMove is the future model for estate agents. I would highly recommend EweMove and specifically Victoria when buying and selling your home.

From the very beginning Sammy was totally honest and transparent. He initially came across as too good to be true and therefore unfortunately caution made me go to a well know National agency. 12 Weeks later with no results I decided to go back to Sammy. My home had sold within a week. His photos were totally superior with no fuss made. The description was very accurate and attractive. We're not at the finish gate yet but I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Sammy at Open House Burton & Swadlincote.
