From the moment we met Helen for our initial valuation, everything went smoothly. The transition to the sales team was seamless and Ella was incredibly helpful and personable, always willing to assist with anything we needed. 30th Mar 2025 (11 weeks ago)Avoid at all costs. Poor communications, excuse after excuse, I went to another estate agent around the corner and sold my house within 2 weeks after many months trying with Rise. The solicitors they use are equally as bad and con artists. Very, very poor firm.
30th May 2025 (14 days ago)As a famil we had an excellent experience with Bridgfords Letting Agency, thanks in large part to Carrie Rutherford, who managed our tenancy process with impressive professionalism and warmth. From our initial viewing through to finalising the paperwork, Carrie was consistently approachable, responsive, and thorough. She was particularly patient with all our questions during both the first and second viewings as well as the clarification questions I raised regarding the tenancy agreement, taking the time to explain everything clearly, responding to emails point by point and never making us feel rushed or burdensome. That kind of calm and attentive support made what can often be a stressful process feel far more manageable. Carrie clearly knows the ins and outs of her role and brings a personal, considerate touch that’s rare to find in the property world. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Bridgfords to anyone looking for a reliable letting agency—and if you have the opportunity to work with Carrie, you can be confident you’re in excellent hands. I am hoping to receive the same quality of service during my tenancy, as Bridgfords will be servicing the property for rental payments, repairs and maintainance.

They have not yet responded to my email regarding the inspection, which was done in October 2024 and I was only made aware of it few weeks ago in may 2025 when the tenants gave in notice to leave the house and i had no idea. They are not responding to calls or emails. If anyone has any tips etc please please please let me know. I just want my building back in the same way i gave it. someone help please

They have guided me through every step of the process and provided amazing support. Every person I have dealt with has been very helpful, courteous and friendly at all times and were always willing to 'go the extra mile' to help. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Excellent service! ** Update, May 2025 ** I have used Ben Charles again to help me sell my property and, once again, they were absolutely brilliant. Very courteous at all times, responding to queries promptly, providing clear help and, overall, a joy to work with. Great people!
3rd Jul 2024 (11 mo. ago)They are a very friendly,helpful team,however at times their communication was poor .I was going to remove my home off the market as it had been on for several weeks.Another agent valued it as a bit higher it in the end Hegartys did sell it for me.

We liased with Gill who was fantastic throughout and stayed in contact every week keeping us up to date on the process and whenever I made a call it was always answered straight away and nothing was ever too much trouble. Overvalued the house to get the listing but I’ve now reduced the price more in line with comparable properties and hoping we may get some viewings and a sale soon.
