21st Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Took off the market after a month. Had no idea who to liaise with, none/late feedback, poor open day, agents late for viewings and didn’t know where my keys were at one point.
25th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)The director, Ken Lomas has limited knowledge of property transfer and was being rude to legal advisor. I sought clarification on entries of their account and he told me "Why don't you check the Lease!". If you are not entirely sure what is going on, please be humble and refer to the person who is specializing in this area. Their colleague, Ms Michelle Amato deserves a honor as she is helping out a lot throughout the transaction.

25th Sep 2019 (4 years ago)This estate agent was worse than useless, very rude and slow. Messed me about with the house I was supposed to buy and move into and was I chargeed £2,500 before they could take the property off the market. Then the sitting tenant refused to move out and it took over 6 months get our money back and only achieved this by report ing them to the Property Ombudman. Lost close to £ 3,000 in findin g an alternative property to buy and had to take them to court. Now they have movrd from their Orsett road premises after they got expelled from the property ombufsman membership and are nowhere to be found... BeEWARE AND DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL

I have given a 1 star review not because I didn't get the premises it's because I was told I was going to get a answer the same week and I didn't even get a response as I was no longer an interest to them... Bad customer service and to lazy to even give me a call or email.... Will now avoid any further dealings with these agents... But in the end it was a blessing in my favour..

I worked closely with Jason and with his no nonsense business approach he found a buyer and we completed at the end of February 2024. 5th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)We had a really bad experience with this estate agent, so beware. We had an offer accepted on a property, Jerome did the usual of taking our ID, proof of deposit, agreement in principle etc and confirmed acceptance. Three weeks later our solicitor raised our attention to the fact that the sellers solicitor had yet to issue draft contracts. After another week I finally got hold of Jerome who confirmed that the seller wouldn't issue the draft contract until we had a confirmed mortgage offer on the property. I told Jerome that wasn't the normal sequence we were familiar with, but he assured me that was how sales progressed in his experience. We went back to our solicitor who advised us that they would indeed normally wait for draft contracts to be issued before proceeding with searches and surveys etc. So we gave the sellers solicitor a deadline before we would reconsider the offer. On the day of the deadline the seller issued a race contract and advised us that there was another interested party who's offer had also been accepted and the seller would exchange with the party which secured a mortgage offer first. I don't know whether Jerome was aware that the seller had accepted multiple offers when we had our conversation, but my instinct at the time told me he wasn't being open and honest about the sellers intentions. So beware of this agent in case they try this with you.
