They were professional, flexible and clear in communications and incredibly friendly whilst being honest and approachable. We mainly dealt with James and Alec and would highly recommend them to handle your sale or purchase. A great family business that’s competitive on pricing and found us a wonderful couple to buy our home.

Rory in particular really understood exactly what we were looking for and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the flat we ended up renting. Could not recommend their friendly and communicative branch enough when looking for a new property!

28th May 2025 (21 days ago)DO NOT RENT WITH PORTICO IN LEYTON Emily Box and Uwais were completely non responsive and it took us 2 complaints processes to get issues fixed They promote unethical landlord practices through scam tenancy deposit schemes It can take 6 months for them to fix a washing machine One of our toilets stopped working towards the end of our tenancy and they didn't fix it so our toilet started to smell of stagnant water We didn't have heating for a month in February We ended up with a crippling water bill worth over £3000 due to inaction The worst rental experience we have ever encountered

Unfortunately we didn't manage to find our dream home with Stonebridge, but they were excellent from start to finish. If we ever need to move again, Stonebridge will be the first call I make.

Living in California made it very challenging, so I was very fortunate to be assigned Panay and Rica from this office that work extremely hard and to help us find excellent tenants to move in. Panay kept in constant contact with me via WhatsApp and guided us through the process, he was very professional and easy to communicate with. Being a landlord myself for 16 years I can appreciate his efforts and work that goes into finding a suitable tennant for a home and I feel Panay checked all the boxes.
