Multiple confirmed offers within 2-3 days after receiving instruction and definitely not a fluke as it happened with 6 different properties!!????????- Candecia, Suzanna Poullis and especially Aliya were fantastic, well organised, knowledgeable and kept me updated every step regarding amount of interest, block viewings and offers. After what had been a disastrous year and experience for us trying to sell our property, we immediately loved Catherine! Her warmth friendliness and professionalism was nothing like we had come across in the market. We could really sense her passion for what she does and the fact she genuinely cared about us and wanted the best for us. We did not hesitate in appointing PS&P to sell our property for us which was done swiftly and smoothly, all in a professional way - there were no issues encounters and this really made our busy lives stress free and the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to sell or purchase!
3rd Apr 2024 (24 days ago)I have had some very bad experiences with real estate agents in the past. However, my entire experience with Emilly, could not have been further from my past experiences. She was very clear, kind and knowledgeable at all times. I had prompt and timely replies to emails and calls which were always very beneficial. I would recommend portico leyton to others in the future, purely based on how helpful Emily has been!
18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)AVOID BRYAN ESTATES AT ALL COSTS- THESE PEOPLE ARE CON MEN. I reached out to Bryan Estates at the end of January to help with moving myself and a friend to a new place. I went to visit the property with the agent, Marco. We liked the property and wanted to put an offer in, but were told we needed to pay an initial holding deposit to enter into negotiations on the flat. This sounded strange but we didn't know any different so paid the one-week fee of £530 to commence discussions. We didn't get the property and so as per Marco's promise and the order form we received, we were supposed to receive our money back within 8 working days. Those 8 days passed and we received nothing, so I reached out to Marco on WhatsApp and emailed stating I hadn't been paid. Both said they would look into it and Marco then provided me with Gavin Bryan's details, who is the Managing Director. Both Gavin and their 'Accounts team' said it had been processed and would be received within 2-3 working days. I was told this at least 4 times. I then emailed a complaint to their 'Customer Services' team stating that it had been 4 weeks since the payment of my holding deposit and I've not received it. Their 'Customer Service' team emailed me back at 11:30pm same day (Clearly Gavin just doing his evening emails) saying they would look into it and get back to me within 10 working days. Those 10 days passed and I'd still not heard anything. After that, Gavin, Marco and the Customer Service team began ignoring my texts, calls and emails. It has now been 7 weeks. I have filed a notice with the police, and gone to the Ombudsman, but still Bryan Estates do nothing, which is quite frankly crazing. Reading past reviews, it appears far too many people have experienced these issues and it needs to stop. Please avoid at all costs, and please pay the money that I am owed. It is theft.

9th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Iam a landlady and its the second time l have asked Estate East agent to look for another tenant for my property. The whole process was prompt efficient and l was kept informed throughout the whole process. I have again lovely tenants and l would recommend eastate east agent to landlords.

David at B&S gave excellent customer service, we stayed in touch through him with the sellers throughout the whole process which made things much easier. David always responded to queries and chased all solicitors involved promptly. David was friendly, professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

They were not only highly professional and diligent throughout, but also really down-to-earth. Their advice on my legal rights dealing with a previous pushy agent was invaluable and saved me a significant sums of money at the end. Plus, they were proactive in coordinating everything, ensuring the whole process was wrapped up within just five weeks from offer – something others thought would be impossible. If you're after a smooth property transaction without any fuss, Easymove are the ones to turn to. Seriously, couldn't recommend them enough!

My interaction with Jennifer has been exceptional; she is the only individual at Home Finders who truly listens and demonstrates genuine qualification. Others I've encountered have caused stress and failed to meet the standard, leading me to question their suitability for the company. Home Finders should aim to recruit more professionals like Jennifer to ensure sustainability and deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

19th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Unfortunately, I have to deduct two stars due to the nightmarish experience with the sellers' solicitors throughout the entire process. Their questionable practices have made the situation incredibly challenging, potentially necessitating legal intervention, which only exacerbates the issue. While it's true that sellers have the autonomy to choose their solicitors, it's reasonable to expect processes in place to ensure they select reputable ones, especially considering the control exerted over buyers to prevent withdrawal before the exchange. On a positive note, Nick/Jamie provided exceptional support and assistance throughout the entire process, even extending his help beyond completion. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to others and would certainly engage with them again in the future, terms and conditions apply*.
