First class service and property sold within a week. Everything was very prompt and very professional . Lynn was lovely and kept me up to date with every stage of the sale. Would highly recommend this company and Lynn. 10/10 service.?????

16th Feb 2022 (3 years ago)Worst company imaginable. Gave us misinformation for over six months regarding entry dates and also told us development was finished when it was not. Double check everything you are told by them. They misled us and we ended up over £18000 out of pocket. Avoid this company at all cost. They don’t admit liability for anything they do.

Selling real estate with her and her team was easy from start to finish. Excellent and fast communication with the client, timely assistance in any questions regarding the sale or purchase of real estate. I highly recommend!
19th Sep 2024 (8 mo. ago)Really poor experience of being a buyer through Remax, the house purchased was not as described or accurate according to Home Report. On entry to our home, no message to wish us all the best, no hot water, all the heating needing changed and based on the description was disgraceful. We asked questions at the viewing and told all was working and there hadn't been a leak which there had and now having to pay £10k on heating which was reflected as a '1' on the home report. TBH I don't think they asked the sellers any real questions and just marketed, took the money and moved on.

Throughout the whole process in selling 6 properties for me they couldn't do enough to help and certainly went above and beyond to help me on many occasions. If you are looking for a professional team to sell your property then I could not recommend Slater Hogg in Falkirk highly enough. Thank you so much and good luck for the future to all of you, it's been a pleasure. Brian G

18th Jan 2024 (1 year ago)I was initially sceptical about placing our property on the market in October however, the reassurance from Gavin and his team quickly erased any doubts and the first class presentation which included over 50 stunning photographs of the house resulted in a sale after only two day's of being advertised. A first class service offering extremely good value and advice and one i couldn't recommend highly enough.

We decided upon Your Move because of the professional and reassuring manner by which we were dealt with. The process from start to finish was seamless and we were impressed that our points of contact was limited to Lisa and Fiona, both of whom were always aware of our current situation. The flat was visited by Lisa and she was clear in her expectations in regards to a suitable tenant and this was reflected in the viewers. We were delighted with our tenant who we feel meets our expectations. The main point in any review is whether we would use Your Move Falkirk again and we happily would do so,

Their experience and knowledge of the local housing market helped us through the process of selling our house in Linlithgow.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

15th May 2025 (8 days ago)Highly recommend Karen Clark at RE/MAX, she was very professional and friendly, my flat really quickly. We achieved a higher price than I thought possible and she exceeded all of my expectations. As a first time seller I was apprehensive about the process and worried about it being difficult but Karen made the process so easy and smooth from start to finish.
