18th Jan 2024 (7 mo. ago)I was initially sceptical about placing our property on the market in October however, the reassurance from Gavin and his team quickly erased any doubts and the first class presentation which included over 50 stunning photographs of the house resulted in a sale after only two day's of being advertised. A first class service offering extremely good value and advice and one i couldn't recommend highly enough.

They are professional yet approachable which made us feel comfortable from the get go. Very courteous, prompt help from staff (Nicola, special thanks!). Unfortunately my landlord decided to sell, and I had to leave, but I wouldn't hesitate to return to Northwood in the near future. An easy 5-stars from my side.

We cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From start-to-finish, every one of the team demonstrated exceptional attentiveness, ensuring every aspect of the sale was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. One of the standout aspects of working with Cathedral City Estates was their incredible marketing strategy. The property was presented in the most appealing way, with high-quality photographs, a captivating video tour, and drone footage that highlighted the external situation of the property, that all served to present the positive features of our home. 20th Apr 2024 (21 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Jack at Paul Rolfe Estate Agents, highly enough. He is such a nice young man and very conscientious, delivering first class service for both seller and buyer. Very personable and easy to deal with, throughout the whole process of selling Jack applied attention to detail, listened intently, and did a sterling job with the marketing materials. One felt he was on the journey with you and really believed in your home, offering careful advice and assistance in how to make it look at its best. The house sold quickly and easily. Jack is the sort of person one can easily trust to be in the house and to take care of viewings without needing to be there. He really does his homework. Where Paul Rolfe estate agents came into their own was in the negotiations to sell. They have a finely honed gentle approach that works wonders, and makes sure everyone’s needs are met. All of the staff are a pleasure to deal with. Big thanks to them all.

The whole team were professional, communicative, and made the entire process seamless. They provided excellent advice, marketed the property beautifully, and handled negotiations with skill. I was thrilled with how quickly my house sold and the great price I received. I highly recommend Atrium for their expertise and outstanding service!

23rd Aug 2024 (24 days ago)Our journey with Avenue Road began back in 2023 with a competitive valuation from Jennifer. We went to market and had a number of viewings lined up, all expertly handled by Jennifer who was in constant contact and proactively gave us feedback from viewers. Within 6 weeks we had a VERY reasonable offer on the table and were excited to move. When an unexpected turn of events meant we had to withdraw from the sale whilst we were abroad, Jennifer handled everything for us. One phone call and all parties were informed and our listing mothballed until such a time as we were ready to go back to market. Truly, I have no words to describe how easy she made this really difficult time for us. When we were ready to return to market some 6 months later, Jennifer had everything ready to go and in 24 hours we had a weekend of viewings booked in. In a matter of days we were under offer again. From the offer acceptance right the way through to completion, Jennifer was there for us and provided a truly seamless service liaising with lawyers on both sides of the sale and assisting us with the handover of keys on completion day when we were unable to be there ourselves. Be in no doubt, if you instruct Avenue Road you will be working with the best in the business! Their market knowledge and communication are second to none.
5th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
