18th Jan 2024 (1 year ago)I was initially sceptical about placing our property on the market in October however, the reassurance from Gavin and his team quickly erased any doubts and the first class presentation which included over 50 stunning photographs of the house resulted in a sale after only two day's of being advertised. A first class service offering extremely good value and advice and one i couldn't recommend highly enough.

Everything was taken care of, process explained and made simple, whilst making you feel like you were a priority. All services were carried out timeously. My property sold within 5 days of going on the market and i have no doubt this was down to Gillespie Properties, in particular, Les. Les was personable and kept us up to date every step of the way. All in all, a wonderful experience and would use them again if i was to ever sell my property!

We decided upon Your Move because of the professional and reassuring manner by which we were dealt with. The process from start to finish was seamless and we were impressed that our points of contact was limited to Lisa and Fiona, both of whom were always aware of our current situation. The flat was visited by Lisa and she was clear in her expectations in regards to a suitable tenant and this was reflected in the viewers. We were delighted with our tenant who we feel meets our expectations. The main point in any review is whether we would use Your Move Falkirk again and we happily would do so,

21st Aug 2023 (1 year ago)I had an excellent experience with Yvonne at the Property Bureau Stirling - the flat was spotless when I moved in, and any issues I had were dealt with in a prompt, friendly, and helpful fashion. My deposit was also quickly returned to me at the end of the tenancy, without any problems at all. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Yvonne and the Property Bureau to potential future renters.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He dealt with the selling of our old property and the purchase of a new one and provided a first class, seamless experience from start to finish, the process actually became stress free for us and we were kept informed every step of the way. Would highly recommend!

14th Feb 2025 (6 weeks ago)Lisa’s listening skills along with her deep understanding of how to sell property is what made us want to work with Atrium… and we weren’t wrong. In a matter of days there was a lot of interest and several offers for us to consider. Amongst them was the buyer that we’d dreamed of for our much loved family home. Lisa and the team are a very potent balance of IQ and EQ. If you want to sell your home with minimal stress and find the best outcome for all stakeholders in the process, there’s no question that Atrium are the agency for this in Falkirk and surrounding areas.

I was looking to purchase a house and she was amazing given me hints and tips and trying to find out information to help with purchasing a home. I wasn’t successful and the conversation with Laura made me realise it wasn’t ment to be. We discussed my options and I am now awaiting my new built being built. I called today and spoke with Helen and again what a service great information provided along with making it a personal journey. Thanks girls you are amazing and def in the right job
