We had plenty of viewings arranged by them & had an offer within a week of being on the market which was great. We thought that the team were all really friendly and had excellent communication, such as having regularly email updates without us chasing which we really appreciated. Tanya and Grace were great throughout & helped us in ensuring we completed on time! We would definitely recommend Edison Ford.

19th Jul 2024 (10 mo. ago)Gloucestershire Property On-line were very professional in putting together the initial marketing but when first sale fell through, advertising could have been directed more appropriately. Soon after eventual buyers were found, GPO sold to The Property Centre who could have been a bit more assertive in pursuing mortgage broker on behalf of buyer. Also, we had to chase for updates more than we felt we should. Otherwise, happy with the service
28th Nov 2022 (2 years ago)Charged far too much for maintenance jobs and then not done properly. Con artists trying always to get your money. Maintenance jobs are made up to make money from you and then use masking tape to fix things. Would not recommend

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. 16th Apr 2025 (5 weeks ago)Having just completed on the sale of our house and moved into our new home, we can't recommend Sage Residential more highly. We'd been on the market with two other agents and weren't really pleased with how things were being handled. We hadn't received a single offer (admittedly the whole market was quiet as a mouse) so we decided maybe third time would be the charm and the experience with Becky was SO much better. We felt she was trustworthy, there was no BS, and she is genuinely invested in selling and for the best price possible. Once we sold, there were several hiccups with our buyer which was hugely stressful for me but Becky navigated it all with care and managed to hold things together, ultimately resulting in completion. HOORAY! If you're thinking of instructing Sage Residential, you won't regret it.

Although she is excellent in how she introduced and spoke about the property, was honest and balanced. She is professional and yet very personable and caring. I also had spoken to Stephen form the company and enjoyed dealing with him. If I ever to market my home in that area, Griffith Nobes would be first agency, I would approach.
