Their communication style and supportive attitudes were much appreciated and made what can be an incredibly stressful life milestone not quite as stressful! They made the whole process easy and were always so friendly and cheerful. They made the whole process feel like we were in the hands of very capable friends . Can’t praise them enough. Great service, great support, and a speedy result.
5th Jun 2025 (23 weeks ago)Absolutely appalling customer service. I was discussing a rental property a few months back with the branch manager, who turned out to be totally unhelpful. As I went on to be open and offer my feedback to them, they became verbally aggressive. Trying to evade this confrontation, I’ve put the phone down, to which they’ve sent me an aggressive email. I have been renting for a number of years from a handful of landlords, I’ve never experienced any issues, and certainly I have never come across anything like this. I’ve just been through some of their other reviews and it turns out they accuse everyone of being aggressive who dares to give them a negative feedback, so I won’t be surprised if I get the same. Edit: Well I’m sorry that you perceive any negative feedback as aggressive and inappropriate. “Property search can be stressful”: sure it can to an incompetent person like you. “Never have I had to ban someone before”: well having skimmed through some of your reviews it seems it could be a regular thing to you. “Regular habit of giving bad reviews to letting agents”: two reviews are hardly a regular habit - not only you don’t have the capability to act professionally, but also you can’t even count to two.

30th Oct 2025 (17 days ago)We spent the weekend starting our property search and contacted various agents within the area - We spoke with a Gentleman at Parkers who made us feel rushed and made us feel he was not taking any interest in what we were looking for. Not sure how our details were even taken down, as we were not asked for our email or phone number!!

I have found them to be excellent. Lucy and Louise are very efficient in finding suitable tenants and getting them placed into the properties. Lucy is responsive to all queries in a timely manner and always available to answer questions. I highly recommend using them if you have a property to let in the Cotswolds

7th Jul 2025 (19 weeks ago)Alice was our Mortgage Advisor at Connells and I cannot recommend her enough. She was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and lovely to deal with. As first-time buyers, Alice was so helpful throughout the whole process, answering any and all questions and helping with insurance and any other mortgage requirements. She even helped us to secure a lower rate and better deal at a late stage in our purchase, prioritising it to make sure it went through on time and didn’t delay anything for us, this made a massive difference! Signing on to Connells lifetime membership was worth every penny so far and seems a great deal to be able to go back for no fee in the future when it comes to re-mortgage or selling.

He managed to sell my flat in only 3 months, where before the other estate agents have struggled to get one viewing. Even when solicitors were being slow, Warren was incredible in keeping the buyers, their solicitors and myself in the loop. I cannot give high enough praise for him

From valuation through to completion the process was faultless. The team have all been lovely to deal with, we had continuous communication throughout and they helped to chase and push things forwards to meet our planned date. This was our first time selling a property and we are so pleased we chose Hunter French. We just want to say a massive thank you to the whole team who made this experience so easy for us.

9th Oct 2025 (5 weeks ago)Wish we chose AJ and the team sooner! After 16 weeks with a big name estate agent and no interest, I got in touch with AJ. I was instantly assured that she would be able to get my property sold. She came super well prepared and had spent time researching and reviewing our existing listing. She organised a fantastic photographer, who really captured a feel our original photos didn’t have, and within a week of being online we had an offer! A couple of hiccups outside our control, but AJ was on the case the whole way - constantly chasing, keeping all parties updates, and going well beyond what you get from a standard estate agent. People moan about the expense of moving house - but AJ, Lucy and the team are worth every penny. Can’t recommend them enough!

31st Oct 2025 (16 days ago)Bought a house through Robinson David. From the initial viewing right through to the end I found David and Rob fantastic. David showed us the house and he was well up to speed with the local area and the house. Rob was there for the second viewing and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Throughout the 16 weeks process David and Rob didn't let a question go longer than 30 minutes before being answered. Overall an extremely professional company and I genuinely couldn't fault anything on their side for this purchase.
