17th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Went to view a house with these estate agents,really friendly and communicated so well via email, and they are really respectful and I enjoyed viewing with them, sadly the property wasn't for us but I would recommend viewing through these guys based on thier customer service alone.

13th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)We have not sold our property, but withdrawn from the market. Prospect were very proactive in their attempts to sell our house, but we dropped the price twice suggesting that the original valuation was too high. We also had far too many viewings from people who were never going to buy our house giving comments like no parking or too small which should have been made clearer before seeing our house and wasting our time.

19th Apr 2024 (10 days ago)I will recommend only you to all my friends- 3rd Sep 2021 (2 years ago)Dealt with Abhishek at Beacons. Had a viewing and expressed my interest immediately and was told I would have to have another viewing with the landlord present. I was very eager to put down a holding deposit as I had had extreme trouble finding a new home and was practically homeless (Abhishek was aware of this) but I was told that I could not put down a holding deposit because if the landlord didn't like me then they would have to refund me and 'the accountant won't like it.' I emailed and called multiple times, providing Abhishek with a list of dates I could meet with the landlord and was told he would be back to me. I would rind him on the morning of each date just to be told the landlord was busy and for the final date I never heard a single thing from him. I was then told that the landlord was going on holiday and would meet me when they returned but was refused the knowledge of when the landlord would be back! I left a fair few emails and voicemails over the coming week with absolutely no response. I called and was finally answered by a rude woman saying that I has rung to enquire about *address* for her to respond 'so?' before saying 'yeah well it's already been let anyways.' For a company who claims to have a 'solid reputation and strong links with the local community' their service is shocking and I would NOT RECOMMEND.

3rd Jan 2023 (1 year ago)Estate Agents sometimes get a bad rap (on occasions deserved), But if you use Henry Phillips Estate Agent, they will take you through the whole process of selling the house, explaining how and why your house is advertised and when the offer comes through they lease with both sets of Solicitors. I can assure you, your stress will be much reduced. Our main contact was David Stevens and throughout it was obvious he new what he was talking about, A very proffesional job. Thankyou Ben

17th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.

It’s amazing that the completion was made within 3 months. We are happy and appreciate their proactive, responsive and professional support. I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
