Sadly I had a couple of attempts that fell through mostly due to quirkiness of the property but Simon persevered advising options to promote the sale. He has been honest with me, a great communicator and if being honest, I have found this sale far easier than previous 3 sales with other agents.

I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.

She is extremely knowledgeable and has been absolutely amazing from start to finish with everything. She set my mind more at rest. She was available all the time to answer any questions I had and would always return my calls. She explained everything really well and clearly. I felt so supported through the process. She assisted me with finding the right mortgage provider for me and my particular situation. I also appreciated her friendly disposition. 29th Oct 2024 (24 weeks ago)We chose to go with Winkworth because of Henry's knowledge of the £1m+ market in Farnham and his confidence that he could achieve the full asking price. We certainly didn't regret the decision and in fact sold our property prior to the wider launch on Rightmove (and for a higher price than that proposed by another premium national estate agent). Throughout the process Henry kept the momentum at every obstacle and retained his positive and enthusiastic outlook. I would have no hesitation in recommending Henry, Chelsea and his team at Winkworth Farnham.

If he hadn't gone out of his way to arrange viewings and get through all of the barriers we faced throughout the process, I wouldn't have my house now - so I am very grateful to him. I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and have often had to put up with poor service one way or another but genuinely couldn't fault these guys. Jack was always happy to help, always made time and it never felt like a problem. Thank you so much :)

We had a fair valuation with a good number of regular viewings with high quality feedback throughout. Since accepting an offer we've continued to experience excellent service - proactive pushing of solicitors and upstream estate agents, solid advise, clear management of expectations or all parties and all with a friendly and professional touch. Could not fault, could not expect more and would not hesitate to recommend Jigsaw to anyone and everyone. Amazing work. Thankyou so much!!!
