9th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)Truly first rate experience from start to finish.<br><br>Of the 3 higher end national estate agents we invited around to value our home last November, there was one standout - Knight Frank.<br><br>Ed Hunt and Lottie Lambert from Knight Frank’s Winchester office displayed a level of pre-preparation I was very surprised to see. They came armed with the floor plan and previous sales particulars (we had bought 7 years prior through another agent), and immediately remarked on the improvements we had made. Such was their level of professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for our home that my wife and I both said afterwards that there was no competition; we wanted them to sell our house.<br><br>While the market has been challenging, Knight Frank succeeded in finding two buyers / and offers for us in a period of weeks; and helped us cultivate the most promising of the two while they marketed their own house in Balham. That sale was being conducted through Knight Frank’s Balham office, ensuring great communication all round.<br><br>Lottie has been with us every step of the way and with the sale now exchanged, I felt it right to post this review (entirely unsolicited) to highlight what I consider exemplary service throughout. Would highly recommend. Sincere thanks from both of us.

The fact that there was somone dedicated to making sure the sale went smoothly was wonderful as there are so many complex issues to content with at this point. Tina at Homes couldn't have been more helpful, always cheerful and positive and kept us updated of progress throughout the sale. Having bought and sold many times I am happy to say this was the best experience I've ever had. All of the staff were knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process.

She was very knowledgeable, new the area passed on my details to other offices. She kindly liased with my parents who view the property on my behalf. I asked, A LOT, of questions which she answered promptly and politely. I would most definitely recommend her services.

17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!
10th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We highly recommend Stride And Son, who have just achieved the successful sale of our family home in Bosham, taking just over 6 weeks to exchange (despite a difficult market)!<br>Tom, Sam and Nigel are highly professional, and an absolute dream team to work with!<br>All three were genuinely positive, polite, easy to get hold of and discuss things with, and always went above and beyond to support us to achieve the smooth sale.<br>Sam was incredibly helpful, patient, skilled and efficient at getting our house details quickly onto Rightmove etc. That speed generated a number of enquiries the next morning, with Nigel carrying out the viewings the same day, leading to multiple offers.<br>We really appreciated Toms knowledge and guidance throughout the sale process, keeping everything on track between the buyers, solicitors and ourselves.<br>We have had an equally positive experience with Sam on the letting side as well.<br>We feel very grateful to them, they work hard and very well together as a team, and we thoroughly recommend them to anyone making the tricky decision of which estate agent to engage!<br>Thank you!

They worked exceptionally hard right from the start to secure viewings quickly, and their communication was flawless. They were always quick to respond to our queries and genuinely kept us informed at all times with clear, honest updates.<br><br>What really stood out, however, was their continued dedication after the sale was agreed. They didn't just stop once the house was sold; they continued working behind the scenes, keeping us completely up to date with the ongoing progress right up until completion. 8th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)We dealt with both owners of the company, both very professional and knowledgeable, they have considerable experience in selling houses in thei area and made us feel confident that if anyone would sell our house it was them. They make sure potential buyers have the finances to buy the house before any agreements are made and i feel that overall they gave us more assurance than some other companies do. My son bought his house through them and it was the way they ensured that the buyers did not mess about the sellers than clinched it with using them.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. Realistic in valuations exceptionally helpful , nothing was too much trouble.We sold and bought through Pearsons of Bishops Waltham. The whole team from Debbie, Nicki and Angelina cannot have been more friendly, helpful and outstanding in their professionism.<br>Dog friendly was a bonus! 10th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We would have no hesitation in recommending Jack and his team. Our house sold within 2 weeks because in our opinion it was priced correctly. A WhatsApp group was set up so we were all in the loop as the move progressed, this was great for information about viewings too. If we had any questions we messaged and Jack or Robin answered promptly. The 5 stars are well deserved as friendliness and professionalism goes a long way, Fairmonts have both of these and more. Not sure we will move again but if we did we would be calling them 100%.
