I appreciate their advice and support to secure the sale.
10th Apr 2025 (14 days ago)I registered with K&C very recently and have been so impressed with the Customer Service especially with Tony at the Midhurst Office and followed up with Sharon. Thanks so much again. I am adding to this review as not only has Tony given excellent Customer Service but also Brooke at the Midhurst office has too and I would highly recommend King & Chasemore to anyone. Since this last review, I would like to add that I have actually been able to continue my rental journey and thank goodness it has been finalised through Tony at King & Chasemore who has been excellent guiding me through what has been an extremely challenging time before I contacted Tony again and now, thanks to a lot of time and patience from him, I am looking forward to moving into my new home very soon with an Agent who goes above and beyond to make the move as smooth as possible. I am looking forward to not only being where I want to be again, but also dealing with an Agent who always has an extremely positive, approachable, supportive and professional attitude.
14th Feb 2025 (10 weeks ago)We sold our house through Homes....Andy Woodcraft was amazing getting the sale and Tina Whiting was completely and utterly our saviour from the stresses that inevitably arise towards exchange and completion. Without Tina's proactive liason with everyone in the chain it would have been so much more stressful. If you are thinking of selling your house, please use Homes as Tina is a complete star and will make your life easier.

29th Mar 2025 (26 days ago)Quite possibly the worst estate agents I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. Renting a flat was quite simply a horrible experience - from the viewing, we were lied to about the condition of the property and how well certain amenities functioned. We also encountered a leak the first day of the tenancy, and was told no one can come out to look at it straight away. We simply should have took this as a sign of worse things to come. Every person we’ve spoken to here have been incredibly unhelpful and quite frankly, you’d have more luck communicating with a worm, given the fact most emails regarding tenancy renewal towards the end of the tenancy were laden with “clerical errors”. Poor communication between us, Hancock and Partners and the landlord of the property for the multiple issues the property had, and still had the audacity to claim steep rent increases were due to “market value”, instead of greed on their end for their agency fees and the landlords greed. Would recommend if you like being lied to and not having emails responded back to you for 2 months. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

12th Apr 2025 (12 days ago)Really pleased with the quick sale, good communication. However, I think that the price at the start was too high and I got them to discount it very quickly. The selling price is £25000 under that and I feel comfortable that it is probably about right.

21st Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)White and Brooks helped to sell our flat and myself and my partner were so impressed with the service they offered. They had regular viewings arranged and helped us to get an offer quickly. However they really came into their own towards the end of the process when some issues to do with solicitors dow the chain threatened the success of the sale. Sophie Franklin and Emma Neville went above and beyond to help us chase people up, communicated with everyone involved and they managed to help solve the issue in time for the sale to still go through. We would definitely recommend them to friends or family.

From start to finish, he was personable, honest, and incredibly proactive. When selling, he provided clear and constructive feedback from viewings, helping us understand what potential buyers were thinking and where we could improve. The professional photography he arranged really made our property stand out. On the buying side, Steve was invaluable during negotiations, always keeping us informed on the seller’s position and helping us make the right offer. As things progressed, there were challenges within the chain, and without Steve’s persistence in chasing other agents and keeping everything moving, we might not have completed at all. If you’re buying or selling in Clanfield or Horndean, we highly recommend Steve—he genuinely goes above and beyond.
