Charlie, Tina and Tanya were outstanding throughout the entire process. Despite a few challenging personalities in the chain, the team at Homes remained diligent, professional and consistently proactive. Their communication was second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Homes for any of their services.

16th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Me and my partner had an extremely positive experience with Henry Adams in Petersfield. Siobhan was the estate aged that we dealt with and she was simply fantastic. She went above and beyond to ensure that we could move into a new rental property with extremely short notice on both parts. We had had an unpleasant experience previously to this. Leaving us with 9 days to find somewhere to live. She went above and beyond to ensure that all paperwork was complete and the new rental property fit to move into, even though due to our push for time it left her little time to do so. We can’t thank her and all the team enough and we are very happy in our new home. We are extremely grateful and would highly recommend Henry Adams in petersfield and in particular Siobhan Merrett. 6th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)Tracy and Charlotte at Williams were absolutely fantastic, they really helped us out. For context, we were moving out of the flat I was selling and there was only a week between exchange and completion; we’d been looking at places to rent but annoyingly couldn’t sign anything until after exchange, so it was a tight turnaround. Tracy met with us on the Thursday night (the day before exchange) to show us around a really nice 3 bedroom house in Petersfield and was very understanding of our situation, having met with us the week before to show us 2 other properties. When we finally got the all clear, Tracy and Charlotte worked with us and the landlord to get everything in place for us (contracts, references, inventory – and whatever else behind the scenes!). Charlotte confirmed on Wednesday that we’d be able to move in on the Friday, which was a HUGE relief and a fantastic turnaround time of just 7 days. Through it all, Tracy and Charlotte were both incredibly helpful, responsive and friendly, we felt very well looked after and would absolutely recommend them both (and Williams of course)!

The staff member I dealt with came across as rude, and I felt pressured to use their in-house mortgage adviser and recommended solicitors. When I chose not to, the level of service seemed to drop. Overall, I found the process frustrating and wouldn’t recommend them. I dealt with Nicola Johnson

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead.
