They were easy to contact and whenever I needed something from the sellers, or needed to pass something on to them (whether it be making an offer or helping speed up the conveyancing process) they were very quick in contacting them and providing me with an update. I mostly spoke and worked with Grace who was very friendly and helpful. She quickly sorted everything needed, provided clarification at the beginning on things I wasn't sure of and made the nail biting moments of purchasing my first home a lot easier and less stressful!
5th Apr 2025 (7 weeks ago)My recent house sale was so seamless and stress free due to the professionalism and efficient way Oliver and Brenda dealt with every step of the process. They were both fantastic to communicate with, gave great advice and constantly kept me updated throughout. The sale went through so quickly due to their motivation and desire to do all they could to help speed it up. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Snowgate again because of my positive experience and I would highly recommend the Mirfield branch. All of the staff at Applegate Properties who I dealt with ( Amy,Claire,Hannah,Paul and Seren) were unfailingly courteous,professional and prompt. Accordingly,I would'nt hestitate to recommend Applegate Properties.

13th Feb 2024 (1 year ago)Bramleys went above and beyond to support us buying our house and also did a better job chasing everything up with the sale of our house which was via another estate agents. Nothing was a problem and they were always happy to answer questions and give advice about the process.
12th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)I came to Martin@co for a property everyone I have dealt with have been polite and helpful Jack helped me with my paperwork and I felt very warm welcomed by Martin @co so thank you Jack. The lady staff are also very polite and friendly and was very helpful when I got stuck with paperwork they stopped at nothing to help me. Lovely caring company I have recommended them to some of my friends also.

22nd Mar 2025 (9 weeks ago)We would highly recommend David and Freddie at Marsh and Marsh after having an utterly disastrous experience from a well known other company!! Our house was on the market within 2 days of David's and Freddie’s initial appointment, absolutely amazing! Sold it straight away! Can’t fault the follow up until completion, always on hand and return your calls if not available, we would definitely recommend them. Thank you both!!

From the moment of the valuation visit I knew they were right for the job. Everything was explained clearly and I had real confidence which put my mind at ease given it was the sale of my mums house after she was moved into a care home. Emails were always answered quickly, usually within a matter of minutes, which was great given I live over 90 miles away from the property being sold. Could not recommend Martin Thornton and the team highly enough and would definitely use them again if I was selling a property in the Huddersfield area.

4th Mar 2025 (11 weeks ago)We had decided to sell our house and decided on Butcher Residential at Denby Dale to be our selling agents. Never have we sold and moved house before, a daunting task to say the least, not a clue what to expect. From start to finish they were the ‘glue’ that held all the process together. They were our help, progress and information providers, if it wasn’t for Mel we wouldn’t have known what was happening at all, and that was also with our onward move. We’re very grateful for the work done by Mel, probably going beyond her remit, as at times we felt that the whole process was going to collapse. Thank you Mel for keeping us informed and in the loop, also a shout out for Holly when Mel wasn’t in???? If we were in the area and needing a selling agent once again we would definitely use them again. Thank you Butchers Residential. Gary & Mandy

I asked 3 agents to value and Ezmuve fees and valuation were spot on. Zee and his team took away the hassle of distance selling a property as I live over 100 miles away. They managed all viewings and key holding and provided a personal service throughout going the extra mile which was greatly appreciated. Would have no hesitation to recommend Ezmuve!

They sold our property within three weeks after being with a competitor four months so firstly I think speaks volumes in itself! Peter David team have been absolutely fantastic, keeping you informed and go above and beyond to help you. I cannot recommend them enough and will certainly recommend them to anyone selling their home. Their knowledge of property selling etc. is amazing there wasn’t a question they couldn’t answer. Claire, Hannah & Adam thank you so much for all your hard-work and dedication into selling our home and taking good care of us through our journey! You are top class, you are all absolute stars!!!
21st Nov 2024 (5 mo. ago)I chose to use ADM Residential Estate Agents as a management agent for my rental properties after first meeting Alethia quite a few years ago and being impressed with her determined professionalism and pride in her work and her company. I had multiple dealings with ADM over the years, using them to Tenant Find, but not manage my properties as i did this myself, and found their efficiency and professionalism unrivalled. They never failed to get me excellent tenants which in this business matters - a lot; they vetted them as though it were their own properties the tenants would been moving into which other agents are not always so careful to do and which can ultimately lead to a whole lot of problems. More recently I took the decision to move my whole portfolio to a Managed Service and ADM were the obvious choice. Alethia remains very much an important person as leader and owner of the business and she retains my trust and confidence, day to day however I deal with Sarah and Danielle in Lettings now who are both 1st class, confident and informed professionals who I know will manage any issues with properties, tenants and tradesmen with finesse, communicating effectively and respectfully with all sides to get things done - right. They work hard and are dedicated to delivering a quality service. They conduct thorough Property Inspections frequently to ensure properties are well maintained and compliant with lettings requirements; protecting me as a landlord from nonadherence with the law and from tenants mistreating my property, also ensuring tenants continue to have safe and well maintained homes to live in. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to other landlords; I am happy with their service.

I must say that some of the agents that I have dealt with have been mediocre to say the least. However, I dealt with Alex Green today, the Sales/Letting Consultant. He was excellent.
