31st Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)Absolutley amazing! From start to finish, Hunters looked after us, knew our requirements and did not push for anything else. Iain and Sean are so personable, in fact the admin team were amazing as well, Caroline and Elizabeth were great at communicating. All of them worked so hard with our solicitors to ensure a succesful sale. Would highly recommend, and if we ever move again we would 100% use these guys (although I cannot imagine wanting to move as Hunters helped us purchase our perfect home and also sold our old house too)

27th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)First Step used to be the go to agents in the local area, they seemed honest and transparent. From my experience this is a thing of the best with them. There are many agents in the local area now who are much better then First Step, they will look after you and are much more sincere. My advice would be, dont just go with them, give all the others the same opportunity, remember First Step excel in talking the talk, but once your signed in, they dont walk the walk. Think is all I advise anyone.

Alex & David at Harpenden branch gave great advice throughout the sales process, from market valuation, all the way through to the agreed sale. Once the sale is agreed I got passed to a sales progressor which was Mandy at St Albans branch, she was super helpful with solicitors, the buyers, and progressing the sale. She was always available for any queries or communications. Thank you Mandy! I would recommend Bradford & Howley and would not hesitate to use them again. Many thanks to all the team! 30th Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)I originally contacted Jacob to carry out a probate valuation of my late parents property. I was impressed as this was done respectfully and with empathy. This was a 'driver' when the property later went up for sale, and the reason I selected Orchid Estate Agents. Jacob was professional throughout the sale. He has excellent communication skills. He gave regular pertinent updates, and addressed any queries and concerns. He is the best estate agent I have dealt with, and a credit to his profession. Many thanks from my family

They are a hard working, efficient and driven team. I never had to follow up with them, they provided us continual feedback and kept us appraised of any market updates. If you’re tired of dealing with young/inexperienced estate agents from big companies then I would recommend giving these guys a shot!
