Joe was heavily involved throughout the entire process — even after the house was sold, he continued to ensure the solicitors stayed on top of everything. This is the first time I’ve genuinely felt trust in an estate agency. Joe has been a calming voice, extremely knowledgeable, and made sure everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Truly outstanding work.

From the moment I inquired to view the property, the quick call to check on our needs to the viewing day! Jamie is such a professional agent who makes you feel comfortable and heard! Which I think is very important for these type of transactions!! Will for sure keep in touch with him and check with Haart to find our forever home.

28th Nov 2025 (18 days ago)I do not recollect contacting them as i moved out of Hemel, however they randomly sent an email in 2023 and then again in 2025 a random email by Rique who is their sales manager. I told Rique to remove my details from their system and although he confirmed he did, i still receive emails with the last one sent today. Under GDPR they shouldnt be holding my data. Considering they are addressing me with wrong name is clear that they dont care about GDPR. I would avoid based on their dishonesty about details being removed when in fact arent and emails are still sent!

13th Nov 2025 (5 weeks ago)AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Refusal to repair shower didn’t have a working shower the whole year of the tenancy. Advertised flat with white goods in the flat didn’t come with white goods refused to provide any. Flat was not cleaned and said we would have to clean it ourself instead, only because we refused was it cleaned to the minimum possible. Over the tenancy tried to contact them by phone and email. Emails ignored and phone was always told our representative was not available was told she would call back never received the call. We were messed about at the end of the tenancy not receiving our deposit for 3 months after we left after many false promises of by the end of the week over the 3 months. Not worth the time you will not be happy during ur lease terrible company terrible service terrible experience

7th Oct 2025 (10 weeks ago)I sought guidance from four agents and chose one agent (not Mulburries to their annoyance). After four months, with a lot of viewings but no offers, I added Mulburries to the mix and reduced the sale price by 15%. This was the top of the Mulburries’ valuation range. A flux of new viewers was forthcoming and two offers were made that were substantially below the sale price. Eventually after much rejection of increased offers, I settled for a reduction of 5% and completed the sale (which was the bottom end of Mulburries range). Mulburries marketing and photography work was excellent. They have a young dynamic team. Whilst they had a number of communication channels (WhatsApp, their secured portal with progress, voice messages and calls), there were sometimes a need to request updates. In addition for one buyer, Mulburries disclosed the range of their valuation which may have limited the opportunity to gain a higher price. All said and done, Mulburries successfully found a buyer and we agreed a price. The sale was complete 7.5 months having taken instructions. Thank you to Ross and Ryan and their young and professional team.

From the moment my offer was accepted right through to completion, Danielle was proactive, professional, and incredibly supportive. She consistently kept me updated, explained every step clearly, and chased all parties promptly to keep the process moving. Her communication was excellent, and she made what could have been a stressful journey feel smooth and well-managed. Danielle’s attention to detail and genuine care for her clients truly set her apart. I’m extremely grateful for all her hard work and would highly recommend her and the team at Rolstons to anyone buying or selling a property.
