They directly helped with every little issues and made me feel comfortable from the beginning when I moved in from abroad, through lockdown until checkout. I cannot recommend them enough!
17th Apr 2024 (26 days ago)I have rented from Matthew. He is a fantastic Landlord and from the beginning he has been attentive, with great communication and very helpful. I was locked out of my flat, my phone almost dead in the freezing cold in the dead of night, and Matthew kindly drove over an hour and opened my front door with some spare keys. He and the team are absolutely great. Second to none!

She is so completely dedicated to her clients and is totally respectful, honest, upfront, caring and extremely knowledgeable about the industry. She has helped my family more than I could possibly describe here. Everyone I've spoken with at Yellands (Jay & Sarah) have been utterly courteous and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for them, seriously. All paperwork was easy to complete and immediate help was given to us at each stage. I could literally not ask for better service from Rolls Royce. Everyone should be commended for their dedication. What a fantastic estate agent. An honest customer review. 10 out of 10! Mark & family.
11th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Fantastic experience with Jacqui. If you are looking for a more personal experience then look no further. From valuation to completion Jacqui was all over it! She did a lot of the chasing and calming of sellers and vendors in the chain. She uses a professional photographer which was one of the things I loved, as I've seen some truly awful listings. She managed the open day and offers promptly and got me a buyer who actually saw it through to the end. Always there for a catch up or update. Unlike some of the other chains, she never sold my data to removal companies etc and I always felt she was looking out for my best interests, not just the commission, which by the way was also the lowest quote I got, as some of the others quoted but never mentioned that it excludes VAT. An easy 5 stars and I've recommended to friends and family.

Mr. Darshan was personally attending whenever I request communication between both the tenants and myself. In the future, If I want lend my property we will approach them without doubt. Thank you Darshan for taking care of my property and also getting the very good tenants

13th Apr 2024 (30 days ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

2nd Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)Terrible Terrible Service! This company's performance is utterly disappointing, providing a service that can only be described as a complete joke. They oversee the management of the residential block where I reside, and we've endured the absence of both hot water and heating for nearly a month, precisely during a period of freezing temperatures and incessant rain. Their attempt to address the issue involved dispatching what seemed to be inexperienced plumbers who failed to provide any viable solutions. Throughout this ordeal, I made multiple calls seeking information and a prompt resolution. Unfortunately, the individual Ivvone, who answered my calls, displayed a dismissive attitude, as if she were doing me a favor by even hearing my concerns. Frustrated by the lack of progress, I persistently requested to speak with a manager and lodged a formal complaint via email. Regrettably, my efforts were met with silence—no response or call from anyone in authority within the company. The overall experience has been a testament to their disregard for customer satisfaction and a blatant lack of accountability. I've decided to escalate the issue against them even further. However, I believe it's essential for others to be aware of my experience and to steer clear of them whenever possible.

E.g. supporting a potential buyer’s plan to rent our house for 12 months & remodel large parts of the house as they saw fit, before commirtting to buy the house! Slightly underhand attitude didn’t inspire us with trust or confidence.
5th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)We had a really bad experience with this estate agent, so beware. We had an offer accepted on a property, Jerome did the usual of taking our ID, proof of deposit, agreement in principle etc and confirmed acceptance. Three weeks later our solicitor raised our attention to the fact that the sellers solicitor had yet to issue draft contracts. After another week I finally got hold of Jerome who confirmed that the seller wouldn't issue the draft contract until we had a confirmed mortgage offer on the property. I told Jerome that wasn't the normal sequence we were familiar with, but he assured me that was how sales progressed in his experience. We went back to our solicitor who advised us that they would indeed normally wait for draft contracts to be issued before proceeding with searches and surveys etc. So we gave the sellers solicitor a deadline before we would reconsider the offer. On the day of the deadline the seller issued a race contract and advised us that there was another interested party who's offer had also been accepted and the seller would exchange with the party which secured a mortgage offer first. I don't know whether Jerome was aware that the seller had accepted multiple offers when we had our conversation, but my instinct at the time told me he wasn't being open and honest about the sellers intentions. So beware of this agent in case they try this with you.
