29th Sep 2024 (10 weeks ago)Hamilton Chase was one of three estate agents we approached to sell a two-bedroom, two-bathroom garden flat in New Barnet. Of the three, Hamilton Chase stood out as being both realistic (to the vagaries of the housing market), yet acutely aware of the outstanding unique selling points of the large, private terrace and very quiet neighbourhood. Kevin Peters looked after us very well. Proactive, courteous and always professional, he responded quickly to our initial contact - and continued to manage the sale process through all stages with expertise and patience gained over many years in the business. We were unable to always be on hand during the sale process, and Kevin was especially helpful in 'minding' the property in our absence to make sure everything remained ship-shape and looking its best. Although 'above and beyond' is a cliche - and, in this case, an understatement - it nonetheless sums up Kevin's commitment to our sale, and we have no hesitation in recommending him and Hamilton Chase to anyone who is searching for a top-quality estate agent. 5th Oct 2024 (10 weeks ago)Extremely unhelpful. Tired to book a viewing only to be told I was rude (after spending my name out five times!!). I would advise to not use them for any sales. Beware of the rating, guys. Take a closer look at those five star reviews, I think they mostly look fake. DMCC bill comes to mind.
23rd Aug 2024 (16 weeks ago)I cannot recommend the team at Lawlors enough. In particular, Steve. Who took care of us, especially my mum through the sale of her home at a very difficult time. His professionalism and expertise were top class. But what was most outstanding was his kindness, thoughtfulness and patience. Not every agent would get on their knees in the rain and stick their arm in a drain to help read a water metre… but Steve did! Going above and beyond, could certainly be attributed here. I would give more stars if I could!

We felt thoroughly supported through the whole process of letting our property and tenants were found for us in next to no time. This support was very important to us as we were new to lettings and we felt that we could ask any question - however small.
