26th Jul 2021 (2 years ago)Right from the start, Becky saw something in our property that two other agents didn't, seeing the potential beyond the work that needed doing. As a result, she suggested marketing it at a far higher price than others suggested and whilst I was initially worried by this, she was right and ended up securing significantly more than if we had gone elsewhere. It certainly wasn't the most straightforward of sales but Becky and her team are so approachable and were always there to help resolve issues and to provide some much needed counselling when things didn't go to plan! To say Becky went above and beyond is an understatement and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Huntingfields to anyone wanting to sell their home.

Tommy’s appraisal was a great first impression, and there was a clear distinction between their service and others we’d invited to appraise. They gave us actionable advice to prepare us for market and give us the best chance. This followed through to those in the office, who cared and knew about our sale in detail and gave us reassurance we were going to be well looked after. Thank you to Clare in particular. Andy conducted most of our viewings and was knowledgeable, and positive and we knew had provided an excellent experience for potential buyers, based on feedback. Finally, Will was invaluable in aftercare and kept us in the loop without chasing, a pleasure to deal with. An exemplary service from all and we’d have no hesitation in recommending them.

Isobel showed us around a few properties and I immediately felt valued as a prospective buyer, she is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, had a sense of what I was looking for and found me the perfect home. Sabrina guided us through the sale and is clearly very experienced in dealing with the complexities of contracts, solicitors, the buyers needs and the vendors expectations. Professional estate agents with knowledgeable and passionate staff, a rarity I’m sure. Many thanks to them and a genuine recommendation based on the excellent service and experience I received.
27th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I would whole heartedly and completely recommend Druce Estate & Letting Agents Ltd (Leiston) - from the first enquiry I made into renting a property through to completion they could not enough to ensure customer satisfaction. The process was made very simple by them with Dee showing me the property (friendly and professional) through to sitting with Oliver who took me through the paperwork taking the time and effort to explain everything to me and ensure that I fully understood. Druce took all the pressure and stress out of what is one of the most stressful things you could encounter. Thank you.

3rd Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)While in the process of purchasing a property through Brown and Co, I encountered issues regarding the legality of the build on the land. As a result, I made the difficult decision to withdraw from the process. However, I was disappointed by the way Brown and Co handled the situation. Despite their own terms, they refused to sell my property and terminated the contract. I found their actions to be unprofessional and childish.
2nd Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)We have now bought 2 houses and sold 1 with Hamilton Smith in Debenham, fantastic service, great knowledge of the local area and property market. Very friendly and always happy to help. Will not hesitate to use them again in the future!

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

Mark Hall navigated us through a complex probate sale, and proved to be very effective and completely trustworthy. A man of his word, and an extremely effective and experienced negotiator who I would definitely recommend to any vendor.

Throughout this time they were absolutely excellent and professional, and anything we reported for maintenance was responded to and resolved immediately and to a high standard. Countywide have been miles ahead of anyone else we’ve rented with, and we would recommend Countywide without hesitation.
