26th Apr 2024 (7 days ago)My impression is that none of the BM staff had any experience whatsoever - a very junior inexperienced team, lead by a very lacklustre, hands-off manager. It was clear very quickly they were not representing my house properly - which is the easiest house to sell! It's turnkey ready - presented as a show house in the most-sought after area, and on a private street. Yet i got not one viewing in 7 weeks! I had to re-write all the particulars - they missed ALL the sellable details! Because they were in breach of their own contract by going to market without my knowledge or permission, I was able to leave when they finally terminated the contract only after I brought in a litigator. Horrendous experience. Their contracts are also 20 weeks long! Stay away! Use a local, independent estate agent who cares about their reputation, knows the area, has a strong staff retention rate, employees who are homeowners and have gone through the buying/selling process themselves and want to do a great job.
4th Dec 2023 (22 weeks ago)Krystal and Lavina have been extremely helpful in selling our home. Krystal managed the viewings brilliantly and gave prompt feedback. Lavina worked well to secure us a good price in a timely manner.

Felt like getting blood out of a stone about visitor views, activity, pricing and other questions that were not fully answered. Lost confidence in their ability to sell our property. Very unsatisfactory experience.

28th Feb 2016 (8 years ago)I really like this place. I have been several times over the last few years and I have never had a bad experience. It's difficult to predict when it will be busy and whether you'd need to book a table - I've been on occasions when I'd expect it to be busy and it's been very quiet (and vice versa). The food is great, the staff are really friendly and it's reasonably priced. Well worth the visit.- 15th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Tom Ward was always there to help us and kept us in the loop at all times. He was understanding when hurdles cropped up and always showed patience and compassion to my elderly mother. A great agent in all respects but in this case with assisted living properties.

I have known Sacha Scott agency since 2017 and they have looked after a few properties of mine. I am always impressed how hard they work, they communicate very well and keep me updated regularly and efficiently. They look after my tenants with care and make sure that any maintenance issue is properly sorted. I feel safe having them on board, knowing that they are looking after my tenants and my properties with professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend them to manage your property.

3rd Jan 2023 (1 year ago)Estate Agents sometimes get a bad rap (on occasions deserved), But if you use Henry Phillips Estate Agent, they will take you through the whole process of selling the house, explaining how and why your house is advertised and when the offer comes through they lease with both sets of Solicitors. I can assure you, your stress will be much reduced. Our main contact was David Stevens and throughout it was obvious he new what he was talking about, A very proffesional job. Thankyou Ben

I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.

9th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)I cannot recommend Ralph James estate agents enough. I was really nervous about selling my house, that I loved and has so many special memories in - so it was important to me to pick the right agent who valued our property and appreciated the efforts we went to, when completely renovating. I spoke to a number of agents and when I met Tom at Ralph James, I immediately knew I wanted to go with them. His professionalism, his passion for properties and is lack of enthusiasm was what really made my decision easy. I completely felt like we were on the same page. I was very particular with what photographed I wanted posting and Tom ran everything passed me and was extremely patient. Throughout the whole process, the communication was incredibly, no matter what time - I always felt comfortable sending quick questions via whatsapp and I would get the answers that I needed. Tom even worked both Saturday and Sunday for viewings - without a question. I really felt that both Tom and Kelly had our best interest throughout and I feel so grateful to have met them both and worked closely with them. We have sold a few properties in the past and it’s always been very stressful. However, this time - there was very little stress. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much again!

They understood the importance of our house sell and our house purchase, and really helped ease what is typically a very stressful period.
