6th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)Our experience with Mov8 was easy they kept us informed with viewing and communication was prompt. The only thing was their offices are in Edinburgh and Glasgow and we are in Carnoustie which was a little inconvenient if we needed to go to their office to sign things

With their proactive backup and professional input and oversight, they have brought a consolidated plan together for the direct benefit of the property owners and tenants. What would ordinarily have been a challenging and frantic time for all the involved parties, has been made stress free, and provided all of as with a clear and confident way forward towards a resolution. Thank you Vikki for your much welcomed intervention.

15th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)This used to be a decent enough place until they employed idiots during the pandemic. The Shirley one who started in 2021 is particularly rude and obnoxious. She simply will not answer emails or return calls. Nothing professional about her at all but I guess when you pay peanuts you get monkeys! ???????
14th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)I got one viewer in 9 weeks and 4 calls, 1 of those because i called for an update..i was not kept updated at all until I contacted them for updates, very disappointed with the service
3rd Apr 2024 (26 days ago)Dealing with the Slater Hogg team was straightforward and re-assuring that our property was in the right hands. Regular updates were provided from several staff members in a timely, polite and informative way. I would recommend them for future use.
1st Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Used Thorntons for last purchase in 2008. Staff all changed but they have retained the steadfast approach to all their services. Friendly professional and extremely efficient. Glad I stayed with them.
12th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Tried two other agencies and Bradburne and Co are streaks ahead of others. Personal, swift and efficient service. Nothing is too much trouble. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

30th Jul 2023 (8 mo. ago)Old fashioned, lazy estate agent. Didn’t post on all the websites I was promised and only did so when I noticed and pointed it out to them. Had to have photos retaken due to poor quality. No communication, advice or support when lack of viewings. Didn’t respond quickly to my concerns or queries. Eventually had to take my house off the market.

Every question was met with an unhelpful response. Got the feeling she didn't want us to move there or she was incompetent at her job. Won't be back any time soon!!- This agent doesn't have any reviews

6th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Cannot recommend Simple Approach highly enough. I used them to sell a flat and to find a tenant for my rental property. The service was exceptional, especially the rental team. I had been using another agent for rental but getting nowhere. Switching to Simple Approach was like chalk and cheese between services offered, in particular, ease of contact out of normal office hours and platforms used to advertise. After months with the other agent, the S.A team found me the perfect tenants within a couple of weeks. Delighted!
