3rd Mar 2025 (15 weeks ago)We recently sold our house and bought another, which was a journey in and of itself. The team at Logic Waterloo (especially Ben, who was a legend) was instrumental for its success! The professionalism displayed throughout the ups and downs of the process was high indeed, and I would recommend them to family and friends. The legal team from Valentine Duggins was awfully incompetent (that will be a separate review) yet Logic would chase them up and they took it all in their stride! They are a lovely dedicated team, who look after you every step of the way. Thank you for helping us get our forever home. 5 stars are well deserved!
14th Jun 2025 (1 day ago)Unfortunately after careful consideration I have decided to speak out. A week ago following a phone call where I enquired about a property and was duly qualified by a lovely lady called Daisy, then booked a viewing for yesterday. This particular property is in need of restoration so Daisy and I had a lengthy conversation about it. I then called a few days later to ask if I could bring along my builder and surveyor which was agreed with no issues. I then moved my meetings and booked myself half a day off work and my builder had to re arrange meetings to be there too . At almost 5pm on the eve of the viewing (yesterday)I missed a call from the estate agents and no voicemail was left. I called and was then put through to Jay. He quickly informed me he had completed a sale “just now” on the property. At no point in the lead up to the viewing was this made clear that it was under offer. I have waisted everyone’s time and it just doesn’t feel quite right. I have unsubscribed from their mailouts and won’t be returning to Jackson-Stops, as I just won’t work under that type of partnership. I have just re reviewed this feedback as I was really surprised and pleased to receive a call from Jay the following day based around this review. We had a good open conversation and agreed it would have be helpful to have known there were offers on this property, we both had a better understanding of my frustrations and agreed to keep in touch should anything change. 16th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)Do you enjoy being lied to? Is it a dream or yours to have housing issues that could adversely affect your health to be minimized and simply dismissed? Do you have a burning desire to have leaks and water issues, heating issues that go unanswered? then you have found your rental agency. Speak with Emily, the high priestess of word salads and deflection.They truly display a level of care and concern that is on par with inanimate objects. But the inanimate object, in my esteem, would still fare better in the area of common sense. THEY WORK FOR LANDLORDS' NOT TENANTS. JUST HAVE A LOOK AT THE DISMISSIVE RESPONSES THEY LEAVE TO FOLKS UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. THIS IS THE SAME TYPE OF DISMISSIVENESS AND DEFLECTION EMPLOYED TO CIRCUMVENT RESPONSIBILITY FROM ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR LETTING.
22nd Mar 2025 (12 weeks ago)I can’t thank these lovely people enough. Mark , Laura, Tracy and Wanda are extremely helpful, diligent and trustworthy. They are excellent at their profession. I highly recommend all of these people and also the people they recommend for Conveyancing. They are honest , caring and always have your best interests when selling your property.

22nd Mar 2023 (2 years ago)Poor communication between staff who I felt not genuine when asking questions. One staff member extremely rude me accused of phoning on Saturday when he had been connected by the office who had phoned me!! Told us we were patronising!! Also they did not listen to my requests and told me I was a difficult client because I was quite specific in the type of client I wanted to rent my house to. The customer does not come first in this business .Charges for services ridiculously high but they do not communicate back to you when you raise a query with them. Would never use again and not recommend.

I can honestly say Entwistle Green have always been the most pleasant and easy to deal with. Louisa Stewart has been brilliant and efficient whilst making the whole process feel relaxed and friendly. Finding a new home can be so daunting but Louisa has made this feel simple and easy and stress free. I would thoroughly recommend Entwistle Green and would like to thank Louisa for all her help and for being so approachable and efficient. Five star service! ????

Giovanni took on the property and had it under offer in 2 weeks. He came as recommendation from my father in law and I would recommend him to anyone.

They were always at the end of a phone, they constantly pushed the property, even in the difficult weeks when things were slow, they never gave up. Even after we received and accepted an offer, they were always there to keep things on track and sort out any issues with solicitors etc. Great service and great value for money.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

So far he has provided a great efficient service and given us peace of mind…… selling a house when you live so far away is a daunting prospect! He has dealt with prospective buyers on our behalf in a very efficient manner and we are pleased to say that it looks as if we have a buyer within quite a short time of the house going on the market.

12th Mar 2025 (14 weeks ago)I traveled for three hours by train in one direction to Liverpool to see the flat. To my great disappointment, the flat was totally different from the pictures on Rightmove. The layout of the apartment was completely different, and instead of luxurious finishes, there were leaks under every window. This was one of my worst experiences dealing with an estate agency :(
