21st May 2024 (10 weeks ago)Viewing a property the person showing us round, didn’t really do anything apart from open the door. Didn’t have any info on basic things, but was nice enough. Staff at the office were nice but a bit of a lag getting details.

The terms of contract were straight forward to sign. I then corresponded with Phil and again the service was excellent. I can always contact someone at Marshall to speak with. I will sell other properties via this company.

2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)Rent price increased by 25 a month, when asked about the reasons for the increase only given lies, when challenged on this it was completely dismissed and not even replied to. Dealing with damp and mould a year and a quarter on. Friendly staff in the office when you call.

They are extremely responsive and accomodating, helping us iron out any potential issues with the property/vendor quickly and efficiently. Most of all, they are very genuine people and give the business a personal touch that you will not find with other agents. All of the above helped our purchase go through simply and in record time. Would highly recommend both Ben and the rest of the Reeds Rains team.
