In particular I have regularly been speaking to Brooke who is always happy to help, has made me feel comfortable whenever I called with queries and has supported me throughout. Brooke has made my experience with Doran Kennedy pleasant despite there being a few hiccups with previous buyers along the way. Thank you Brooke for everything.
22nd Mar 2023 (1 year ago)Poor communication between staff who I felt not genuine when asking questions. One staff member extremely rude me accused of phoning on Saturday when he had been connected by the office who had phoned me!! Told us we were patronising!! Also they did not listen to my requests and told me I was a difficult client because I was quite specific in the type of client I wanted to rent my house to. The customer does not come first in this business .Charges for services ridiculously high but they do not communicate back to you when you raise a query with them. Would never use again and not recommend.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

Then, last November 2023, we finally had a signed lease and a lovely tenant. Thank you guys and will be recommending SK to others.

5th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)Absolutely terrible customer service. I own a property next door to one of their properties and have had an issue with a fence which they refuse to accept responsibility for. It has been down for 15 months and they refuse to show proof of their deeds (despite asking me, even though the property is their responsibility). Emails have been ignored and claims they have tried to help but are not providing any details despite asking me for half the money? The attitude of staff is unhelpful and generally rude. Making comments to their tenants about other peoples circumstances when they dont have any facts. Not at all helpful or willing to show proof but demanding money and proof from other people. Also threatening their tenants with eviction because they havent fixed an issue.

After having a bad experience with a high street chain estate agents I decided to change to DMS which turned out to be a great decision. The communication from Daniel and Emma throughout the process was fantastic, they were both on hand to attend viewings and answered all questions and queries very promptly. Thanks again for all your help, Lucy

Adam is a genuinely nice guy and this, in combination with his impressive knowledge and expertise, got our house sold (for the full asking price) in less than 3 weeks! Since then, Adam has continued to offer us advice and support and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We honestly couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend him to anyone!
